On December 21, the staff of the agricultural product quality and safety inspection station in Dongguang County, Cangzhou, Hebei Province, were testing pesticide residues in vegetables sold to Beijing and Tianjin.
A few days ago, the joint development mechanism of pesticide management, joint prevention and control in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei was officially launched. The three places will implement joint prevention and control over the production, sale, use, sampling inspection of pesticides and detection of pesticide residues in agricultural products, and implement a mutual recognition system for pesticide quality and vegetable pesticide residue inspection results in the three places.
