The price of straw feed in the northern region this year is generally much lower than that of last year, corn straw and wheat straw are half lower than in previous years, and peanut seedlings and soybean straw are also 1/3 lower. According to the current feed price, the feed cost of a cow is nearly 1,000 yuan less than in previous years.

Third, strengthen feeding management and reduce casualties

The worse the market, the more we should strengthen the feeding and management. Only when the cattle are well managed can the cattle grow faster, and the feed utilization rate will be better. At the same time, epidemic prevention measures should be taken to reduce the incidence and casualties of cattle.

IV. Strictly prevent cattle traders from undercutting prices

When the price of the cow is good, the cattle dealer does not depress the price too much. At present, when the cow price is not very optimistic, the price reduction behavior of the cattle traders is more serious. Therefore, we should grasp the market price at any time, communicate with local cattle farmers, contact a few cattle traders or buyers, and try to sell cattle at a higher price. Take 1200 jin of fat cattle and say, 50 cents a jin high, that's six hundred yuan.

The price of buying cattle is one or two thousand cheaper, the feed is saved a thousand, and we sell hundreds more when selling cattle. Even if the price of cattle in 2016 is not optimistic, then our profits of raising cattle will not be reduced too much.
