Person's business card

Name: Wang Haizhi

Entrepreneurial team: Wucheng District Loach Family Farm

The field of entrepreneurship: ecological agriculture

Entrepreneurial dream: ecological security, aftertaste of the wilderness

Entrepreneurial goal: to build the first enterprise of Loach breeding in China and to be a good Loach seedling in China.

Entrepreneurial speech: strive to be a qualified new farmer

At the intersection of Baitang Xiaxian and Hausen Road in Wucheng District, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, there is a quiet farm, and the sound of Loach jumping on the surface of the water can be heard occasionally in the pond. There is a thin and tall figure beside the pond, observing the water quality and the growth of Loach in the pond.

He is the founder of Huohai Family Farm in Wucheng District. Wang Haizhi, a Jinhua boy born in 1987, is the founder of Loach Family Farm in Wucheng District. This young man, who was born and raised in the city, did not have any agricultural knowledge, but chose to start a business in the agriculture-related field. Two years later, he had his own farm with an annual output value of 1.8 million yuan. he mastered one of the best seedling breeding techniques of Loach in the country, and opened classes to train farmers from all over the country.

Starting a business is not the usual way.

Wang Haizhi, who wears glasses, appears gentle and shy. But he says he's a real farmer now.

After graduating from college, Wang Haizhi changed a lot of jobs, such as car sales, taxi company management, copywriting for others, and so on, all in office buildings with shelter from the wind and rain. He said that he has a post-85 impetuous and impulsive, but also has a post-85 passion and persistence, not willing to be insipid, he chose to start his own business.

Generally speaking, when it comes to starting a business after 1985, people will think of industries such as e-commerce, information technology or catering clothing. Wang Haizhi's parents once suggested that he open a shop in the city to sell fruit or department stores, but he went out of his way to the countryside.

Why choose the field related to agriculture? Wang Haizhi said: "most young people think that agriculture is not respectable, has no future, and is too hard. However, I think agriculture is changing. It has a wide range of areas, a large market, and enough for individuals to play. "

Through on-the-spot investigation and analysis, Wang Haizhi decided to specialize in Loach breeding and breeding. He found that the price of Loach is more stable over the years, and the market is not worried about the market. If the Misgurnus anguillicaudatus seedlings can be hatched and cultivated by themselves, the breeding cost can be greatly reduced. At present, there is not a fully mature enterprise engaged in Misgurnus anguillicaudatus breeding in China, and Loach breeding is a recognized problem in the aquatic industry. This made him smell the business opportunity and see the prospect.

At the beginning of his career, Wang Haizhi knew nothing about it. He learned that Anhui, Jiangsu, Guangzhou and other places had special courses for the incubation of Loach. He went to study in one city and went to study in almost half of China.

In 2012, after returning from his studies, Wang Haizhi raised 300000 yuan to set up his first farm in Bailongqiao Town, Wucheng District, covering an area of about 15 mu. The hardships at the beginning of his business are now difficult to describe in words. Due to lack of experience and improper operation, he once led to the death of more than 2 million eggs and suffered heavy losses. He also encountered the strange thing that all of the loach seedlings were not seen after they were put into the pond for more than 10 days. Failed and tried again and again, never discouraged. Wang Haizhi did all the hard work, hard work and fine work himself.

This piece of land of more than 60 mu near the Baitang Xiayuan line is the second Loach cultivation base that Wang Haizhi put into construction. in addition to cultivating the seedlings of Loach, a pond with a collection of earthworms, Loach, rice field eel, water chestnut, lotus root and other aquatic plants can already be seen on his farm, which is a new model for energy saving, emission reduction and three-dimensional cultivation. In the past two years, the farm has turned from deficit to profit.

There are great prospects for "digging for gold" in the bog.

Now, Wang Haizhi has not only embarked on the road of getting rich himself, but has also set up a training course to teach seedling raising and breeding techniques, driving dozens of farmers around to become rich together. He said proudly that the whole set of techniques he had mastered could greatly improve the success rate of breeding. At present, his yield per inch of seedlings can reach 300000, with a market price of 800 yuan per mu. It can grow into an inch of seedlings for sale in one and a half months. Two or three batches can be made in a year.

Wang Haizhi is optimistic about the market prospect of Loach. He told reporters that Loach is delicious, nutritious, high in protein and low in fat, and can reduce fat and blood pressure. it is not only a delicacy but also a popular food, known as "turtledove in the sky, Loach in the ground" and "ginseng in the water".

He said that due to the change in farming methods, the production of wild Loach has dropped sharply. Loach farming is a new industry, and he is the only one in Jinhua at present. The domestic Misgurnus anguillicaudatus market demand reaches 300000 ~ 400000 tons per year, but the market can only supply 200000 ~ 250000 tons, which drives the market price to rise year after year. At present, in the supermarket of Jinhua vegetable market, the ordinary local Loach sells for 50 yuan and 60 yuan / kg. The demand for Loach in the international market is also increasing year by year, and the order is increasing year by year, especially in South Korea.

Next, Wang Haizhi plans to plant fruit trees on the edge of the Loach pond and provide leisure projects such as fishing, barbecue and catching Loach. In the near future, he also wants to create an industrial chain integrating Loach cultivation, breeding and deep processing. Open a Loach experience store in the city, let citizens see the growth of fresh Loach, watch the breeding process of Loach through live video, show the breeding process of "ecological security and aftertaste of the wilderness", and increase the trial area. Because of the trouble of repairing Loach, some people don't often buy it and do it themselves. In order to change this defect, he also plans to put Loach eviscerated after vacuum packaging to the market.
