In Longchang Village, Laowaoba Township, Nayong County, there is such a man who gave up his life as a boss in Nayong County and even in Guiyang, decided to return to his hometown Longchang Village, changed the old house that had been idle for many years into farm music, and planted economic forest on the land that had been abandoned for a long time, which made him an "alternative" in the eyes of the villagers. He was Chen Jun.

After returning to his hometown for three years, through his own efforts, his farm music has basically taken shape, and the economic forest has seen its first scale. In the next step, he will take farm music as the center, vigorously develop the planting and aquaculture industry, and use the professional cooperatives that have been established to drive the villagers to become rich and well-off.

Rich but not dazzling

Don't forget to be grateful to the society

In 2003, Chen Jun left his hometown Longchang Village to work in Nayong County. When he first came to Nayong, he mainly did small business. Later, he ran a department store and made him the first bucket of gold in his life. Because he has the experience of running a department store, he wants to start his own company and ship the semi-finished products made in Zhejiang back to Nayong, such as detergent, washing powder, soap, etc., and then process and sell them.

Although Chen Jun's idea is very good, but because the environmental protection procedures for this project have not been approved, the idea of opening a company is forced to declare "bankruptcy". In 2009, Chen Jun left Nayong to come to Guiyang, successfully opened a commodity sales company, business is in full swing. He also became the "big boss" of Longchang Village.

Chen Jun has been out there for more than ten years. Although he has made a lot of money and become a "rich man" in the eyes of people in the same village, he never forgets to be grateful to the society even if he is rich.

"after making some money from doing business outside for so many years, I want to do something for my hometown, even if it is insignificant, but I feel very gratified in retrospect." Chen Jun said.

During his several years in business, almost every year, Double-ninth Day, Chen Jun, would visit the elderly at the Lao au dam nursing home, bringing 3,000 to 4,000 yuan worth of rice, meat, sugar and other necessities of life. He also donated 90 sets of seats and benches for each set of 90 yuan for Longchang Primary School, and sent schoolbags, pens and other school supplies to students. In 2007, he provided more than 20 tons of fertilizer to Longchang Village and asked the government of Laowba Township to investigate the villagers of Longchang Village and distribute the fertilizer to people with poor family conditions.

Work hard to start a business

Efforts will bear fruit in the end

In 2013, when Chen Jun learned that his hometown Longchang village was going to build a railway, he chose to return to his hometown without hesitation and entered the "wave" army of returning home to start a business.

When he returned to his hometown, everything had to start anew, and various pressures and difficulties followed, but Chen Jun did not flinch because of this. He first tidied up his old house, then bought out more than 3 mu of land around his house at a price of 28800 yuan per mu, and then spent more than 100,000 yuan to build a courtyard wall. In this way, the sign of "Chen Lao San Nong's Restaurant" stood at the gate of his courtyard wall.

Farm music has initially taken shape, can bring a certain amount of income, but the source of tourists is still relatively small, mainly railway workers, leaders who come to the railway station to visit and guide. "since the house and some of the ingredients needed for farm music are from my own family, the expenditure is relatively small, and I can earn more than 30,000 yuan a year." Chen Jun said with a smile. But no matter how much money Nongjiale can earn, it is a good thing for Chen Jun, at least to provide financial support for him to develop other industries.

While setting up farm music, Chen Jun also developed the planting and breeding industry. Breeding is mainly for raising chickens, ducks and fish, but it has not yet formed a scale. In terms of planting, more than 4 mu of sweet-scented osmanthus have been transplanted so far, with more than 10,000 seedlings of sweet-scented osmanthus and more than 3,000 ginkgo seedlings.

Integrate resources

Develop characteristic farm music

During the two years when Chen Jun returned to his hometown, he was successively named the leader of getting rich in Laowao Township, a lecturer for farmers, and served as vice president of Nayong County Food Safety Association. In order to better drive the villagers to get rich, Chen Jun set up a professional ecological breeding cooperative in Nayong County, using cooperatives to allow more people to participate in industrial development.

Chen Junyu's more than 10,000 sweet-scented osmanthus seedlings and more than 3,000 ginkgo seedlings will require a lot of manpower, material, and financial resources if they are transplanted. Chen Jun has a plan in mind for the solution to this problem. "A person who is rich is not rich, but only when the whole village is rich can they be called rich. After the sweet-scented osmanthus seedlings can be transplanted, they plan to let other farmers participate. They give out the land and then share it. Ten years later, the sweet-scented osmanthus tree will bring income. A sweet-scented osmanthus tree will produce a catty of production, with a market price of 800 yuan per catty. If all survive, it will earn more than 8 million a year, which will be a considerable income. " Chen Jun said.

"relying on railway stations and freight stations, relying on the convenience of transportation and a large number of floating population, integrating resources, and developing ecological breeding, ecological planting and eco-tourism, so as to promote the development of farm music." When he walked out of Chen Jun's home, he introduced his plan to the reporter one by one, and his train of thought was very clear.
