If there is too much straw, there is no need to worry about Fengtai cattle farmers who use straw to raise yellow cattle to get rich.

Recently, Han Zhenyan, a big cattle farmer in Hanhu Village, Yangcun Town, Fengtai County, is very busy. It will be more than a month before the Spring Festival, and dozens of fat beef cattle raised in the family will be sold, and a year's hard work will soon be rewarded; at the same time, he has to plan for breeding next year and is ready to take the time to go to the Northeast to buy calves. Of course, it is more important to expand the scale of farming. He is discussing with the village about the reconstruction of the cowshed. Due to the shortage of land, he plans to use abandoned ditches to cushion the soil for construction. Although Han Zhenyan felt tired physically, he was happy in heart.

In the past, Hanhu Village was poor and backward, and the villagers had to leave home to work. Like local teenagers, Han Zhenyan, who has no means of living, went out to make a living in her teens. The first time I went out was to do underground chores with more than 20 people from this village and surrounding villagers to a coal mine outsourcing team in Shanxi Province. Due to lack of skills, he can only start with a small worker with only 30 yuan in a class. In order to make money, he gritted his teeth and worked hard for some time. After that, Han Zhenyan came to Tianjin and, through the introduction of a friend, found a job in an automobile factory, mainly responsible for logistics and painting cars. He worked there for four or five years, and although he later led the class and became a responsible person, his salary was relatively low, and the working environment of the painting industry was poor, which was not his choice, so he gave up his job again.

Han Zhenyan's working experience has given Han Zhenyan a lot of insights. Without skills, he can only do dirty work and hard work that locals do not want to do outside. He will never be able to realize his ideal of entrepreneurship and development. In order to improve, he must learn skills. During this period, Han Zhenyan learned about the ban on straw burning in rural areas through her family. He thinks that if we can develop the aquaculture industry, we can not only solve the problem of nowhere to go, but also respond to policies to improve the efficiency of aquaculture, which can be said to kill two birds with one stone! At this time, the elderly and children in the family also need to be taken care of by their husband and wife. Han Zhenyan immediately decided to end years of hard work and go back to her hometown to do something.

After returning to Fengtai, Han Zhenyan began to plan to build a cowshed and introduce cattle breeders, and then contacted another cattle farm to inspect the market, understand the market, learn skills, and consult experience. Soon, everything is ready. In February 2013, Han Zhenyan braved the bitter cold and traveled thousands of miles to Harbin and bought the first batch of 11 Simandar calves from the northeast. After nearly a year of careful feeding, the cattle grew fat and were sold after the Lunar New year in 2014, with a net profit of 5000 yuan per cow. After the beef cattle were sold in 2014, Han Zhenyan went to the northeast to buy more than 20 calves, which are now grown up and will be sold soon.

At present, Han Zhenyan's greatest wish is to build a new cattle shed as soon as possible, because calves will be purchased after the new year, and only by increasing the area of the cattle shed can the breeding scale be expanded. He plans to buy 50 calves this year and strive to grow to a breeding scale of 200 within a few years, so as to make a brand in such a "win-win" industry that can not only digest straw for environmental protection, but also increase income in his hometown. It has become an important industry to promote the development of the local economy.
