Chen Jiansheng, born in Humen, Dongguan, was born in 1979. Chen Jiansheng was one of the earliest local people in Humen Town to study abroad. He had a family business and his own company, so why did he have a soft spot for farms? For Chen Jiansheng, this may be a complex. "Although we didn't plant any fields at home, the best and clearest memories of our childhood were of stealing vegetables, catching fish, and picking fruits in the countryside. That was also an important childhood memory." Chen Jiansheng said that he liked to play in the farmland when he was young, and now the children in the city, the most lacking is this experience.

After graduating from high school, Chen Jiansheng soon went to Canada to study. For more than three years in Canada, local farms were an integral part of Chen Jiansheng's life. "We used to drive ourselves out and play on farms and farms. You can pick fruits yourself and stay on the farm for a holiday." Chen Jiansheng said he enjoyed his life while studying abroad and once planned to stay there to start a business. But because of his parents, he had to return home and temporarily suspended his "farm dream."

After returning home, Chen Jiansheng first stayed in his parents 'restaurant for half a year. He thought it was not the life he wanted and could not "enjoy life" at work. Chen Jiansheng always had his "farm dream" in his heart. He said he was a "happy person."

The 200 mu of land in Tianxin Village has been divided into several blocks for many years and rented to outsiders to grow vegetables. Every household "goes its own way", planting vegetables and picking vegetables. Far away from the noisy industrial area, there is no sense of oppression from high-rise buildings. What comes into view is the vast idyllic scenery. For Humen Town, which has developed manufacturing industry, it is rare to have a "paradise" full of vitality hiding here.

Chen Jiansheng, who had a "farm dream" since childhood, took a fancy to this place. He wanted to rent it and upgrade the vegetable field to a beautiful farm. In recent months, he has focused on these 200 acres of vegetable fields.

"Now, after the remaining vegetable farmers finish harvesting, this vegetable field can be completely turned over and rebuilt." Chen Jiansheng said. Recently, he often came to the construction site to check the construction progress, tanned a lot, his mother saw him like this feel unbearable. Most of the 200 mu vegetable fields have been leveled. Excavators and tillers are constantly digging and turning the soil. Not far away, there are groups of cattle grazing on a large area of idle grassland. Chen Jiansheng majored in business administration at university, but he is now half an "agricultural expert". "The black soil turned out is very fertile and suitable for growing vegetables; this color of soil will not work..." Although he has not done farm work and has not studied agriculture, he is obviously ready to be a good "farmer".

Move foreign experience to Dongguan

Chen Jiansheng's "farm dream" was soon supported by the Overseas Chinese Federation of Dongguan city, and the farm is expected to open to the outside world in two or three months.

"People pursue health, first of all, to eat healthy." Chen Jiansheng said that now more and more city people are willing to go to the countryside to breathe fresh air and eat organic vegetables, reflecting people's pursuit of health. He wanted his farm to bring that health to city dwellers.

Chen Jiansheng had visited many farms in other places before, but he felt that there was something missing from those farms. Some simply circle a large area of farmland and vegetable fields and plant some simple vegetables; others are too commercial and ignore health and environmental protection. In his view, the farm can grow healthy vegetables and fruits, can let people experience the joy of pastoral life, is the most important. Therefore, he wanted to make his farm more environmentally friendly and healthy.

"The farm of the future will still have a meadow. Because a real farm is one with grass and cattle." Chen Jiansheng said that he hopes his farm will provide healthy vegetables and bring joy to people through environmental protection, just like foreign countries. "People yearn for farms abroad, so I'll move farms from Australia and Canada back, so that outsiders can come to Tianxin Village and grow vegetables by themselves, experience pastoral life with relatives and friends, and experience a different pastoral world."

Chen Jiansheng's farm blueprint is: natural grassland cattle and sheep raising, fish pond leisure fishing, orchard vegetable garden experience farming... The farm will also add entertainment facilities in the later stage, build a cultural and creative garden, so that friends who come here can not only eat healthy and environmentally friendly vegetables and fruits directly, but also learn popular science knowledge.
