With regard to photovoltaic poverty alleviation, the "opinion" proposes that photovoltaic poverty alleviation work should be carried out within 35700 Jianguo Lika poor villages in 15 provinces (autonomous regions) with good light conditions (the average annual utilization hours are more than 1100 hours).
