Chen Xiaohua praised Chen Yuan for returning to his hometown to start a business, building a pollution-free three-dimensional planting base, and opening up a market on his own. When she learned that Chen Yuan intended to set up a large-scale agricultural comprehensive company and vigorously develop order planting, but encountered problems such as insufficient planting technology and lack of funds for expanding production, she said that the Women's Federation would give strong support and try its best to help him solve the difficulties encountered in his development.

In the afternoon, Chen Xiaohua and his party came to inspect and investigate the Silver Green Family Farm in Wanchai Village, Jijia Town, Leizhou. The farm is mainly raised by parents and three siblings and managed by the younger sister and brother-in-law. The farm covering an area of more than 1000 mu has a good momentum of development, but there are also some problems, such as large investment in planting technology, slow cost recovery, seriously affected by natural disasters and so on. Chen Xiaohua hopes that farmers can get in touch with the agricultural sector and get corresponding help and support from the government.

Chen Xiaohua said that after this visit, systematic screening will be conducted, and coordination with the Municipal Rural Credit Cooperation Association on business guarantee loans and other issues will be strengthened to win more financial support for poor entrepreneurial farmers. We will organically combine government entrepreneurial resources with small guaranteed discount loans to provide better development conditions for entrepreneurial farmers and drive more farmers to increase their income and become rich.
