After several years of touching, crawling and fighting, Zhang Xingshun continued to learn and accumulate experience. he felt that he needed to have his own enterprise if he wanted to have greater development, so in October 1995, he used all his savings to build "lucky luck" tea house. To run an enterprise, we must first understand the supply and demand of the market. In the previous market research, Zhang Xingshun found that tea house, the time-honored brand of "Zhang Yiyuan and Wu Yutai", was aimed at high-income people, which ordinary people could not afford. Ordinary people like to drink tea and drink good tea, but it is difficult to afford the high price of high-quality tea. However, the community has been built, the corresponding life supporting service facilities have been unable to keep up, Zhang Xingshun felt that he should do something about it. In 2008, there were many regular customers and Zhang Xingshun around the Xishangyuan district where tea house is located, saying that there was a lack of a good place to eat around, and there happened to be a shop of more than 1000 square meters to rent, so Zhang Xingshun rented it out and built a "Xingfu House" restaurant. In 2009, Zhang Xingshun built a comprehensive supermarket No.2 store in the Banbidian district of Tongzhou, and the business was also very good, and the people also recognized it. "maybe all my business investments are based on the basic needs of the people, so they all have a good return." Zhang Xingshun said that he always remembered that behind the construction of these restaurants and supermarkets, he was serving the common people.If he only wanted to make money, inferior quality, and opportunism, it would be impossible to win the trust and support of the people, and without the support of the people, it would not be possible to open more restaurants and supermarkets. In June 2013, he timely merged Beijing Xinfu supermarket No. 2 of Banbidian with Yonghui supermarket, the largest listed supermarket in the country, and established Yonghui supermarket chain in Banbidian area. Through the merger, it not only improves the management level and grade of the own supermarket, but also injects new vitality into the development of the supermarket.

Return to hometown to start a business

With the increasing demand of citizens for the quality of vegetables and food in recent years, Zhang Xingshun extended his business philosophy to the field of agricultural industry in 2010. He felt that the safe production of agricultural products was the basic guarantee for the health of the people, so he came up with the idea of building an agricultural industrial park that could provide people with free vegetables. With the growth of age and the accumulation of experience, Zhang Xingshun's investment and management philosophy has become more and more stable. He chose his hometown Xiaobei Guancun. In the course of his inspection, he found that his hometown had not changed much after years of reform and opening up. There is almost no industry and commerce in the village, and the villagers' farming is still the rotation of wheat and corn 30 years ago, and the villagers' life is to "eat and drink every year." Zhang Xingshun felt that he should have done more useful things for the elders in his hometown. He discussed with village cadres and villagers' representatives to build an urban modern agricultural industrial park in his hometown that does not change the nature of land use. The land of the park is transferred from the villagers, and the park pays the land use fees of the villagers who transfer the land every year, and provides jobs for the villagers who intend to work in the park or Zhang Xingshun's company.
