In the early morning of January 11, Liu Jingshuang, a worker in the new community of Xinhu Farm in Liushi, got up to clean up the enclosure, and flocks of sheep shouted happily around him. He said cheerfully, "I am affectionate, and these sheep are dear to me."

Liu Jingshuang, 48, is not tall and dark. With only a junior high school education, he started from the first five goats and 10 mu of land. With a stubbornness that did not admit defeat and drive that was not afraid of hardship, he became a rich expert who dared to forge ahead and work hard in everyone's eyes. Because he enthusiastically led other workers around him to get rich together, he was awarded the title of "National Rural Youth Rich Leader" by the Ministry of Agriculture and the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League.

In 2009, Liu Jingshuang, who has been living by farming, found that there is a large profit margin for raising cattle and sheep. After aiming at this business opportunity, he raised funds in many ways and bought more than 200 cashmere goats from other places for trial breeding. Since it was the first time to breed cashmere goats and had little experience, on the one hand, he asked the staff of the regiment veterinary station for advice on the key points of cashmere goat breeding management, on the other hand, he bought a large number of books on cashmere goat breeding for self-study, and insisted on mixing forage by himself. take care of ewes and lambs. Kungfu lived up to dedicated people, cashmere goat farming was successful in that year, the lambing rate reached more than 200%, and the lamb survival rate reached more than 90%. Liu Jingshuang produced more than 100 cashmere goats that year and made a profit of nearly 100000 yuan.

When many workers saw that Liu Jingshuang had made money, they also wanted to raise them. He did not hesitate to help them introduce fine cashmere goat breeds and provide technical services free of charge. Led by him, in 2010, 10 workers in his company raised cashmere goats, with an average household income of 30,000 yuan. After successful trial cultivation on a large scale, Liu Jingshuang provided more than 50 cashmere goats free of charge to the company's poor workers, Ma long, Zhao Jucai, and others, encouraged them to develop the breeding industry, and provided them with forage and breeding techniques all the year round.

Liu Jingshuang was not satisfied with simply raising sheep. After he had some savings in hand, he began to develop fattening cattle and horses, fattening 100 cattle and 50 horses, and driving 15 workers to fattening cattle and sheep in winter. In one fattening season, each household made a profit of more than 20,000 yuan. Liu Jingshuang, who tasted the sweetness, took other farmers to Yili, Tacheng, Altay and other places to buy horses, cattle and sheep in September and October every year, and fattened them when they came back. Over the years of operation, established a lot of customer relations, slowly from going out to find buyers, to now customers door-to-door to buy cattle, horses and sheep, the annual economic benefits are very considerable.

In 2013, Liu Jingshuang decided to plant chili peppers after inspecting the surrounding market and consulting his friends in the surrounding group field. Just do it, he signed a 500-mu pepper planting contract, after a growing season of careful management, pepper growth gratifying, a bumper harvest is in sight. It never occurred to me that at this time, the acquirer in the contract breached the contract and did not execute the contract. In order to minimize the loss, Liu Jingshuang, who did not admit defeat, drove to the market to contact buyers. Urumqi, Shihezi and Karamay sold all the 500 mu of line peppers he planted after running for nearly half a month, and reached a long-term cooperation intention with some buyers.

In 2015, Liu Jingshuang contracted land while raising cattle, horses and sheep. At the same time, he also operated three high-power locomotives and two pump rooms and seedlings, with an annual income of more than 300000 yuan. He often said, "as long as you have an idea and dare to do it, there are many ways to get rich."
