Camellia oleifera fruit was unpicked, fell to the ground and gradually rotted.

"Camellia oleifera is covered with treasures. The shell of Camellia oleifera can be made into activated carbon and edible wood alkali ash. Tea oil is both edible and medicinal. Tea withered cakes can also be deeply processed and refined into shampoos and washing products. To develop and make good use of this Camellia oleifera mountain is equivalent to building a 'green bank' on the mountain, and the villagers can shake off poverty and become rich. " Zeng Xianchao said.

In early 2013, he took the initiative to contact town and village cadres to express his ideas and received strong support from the town and village.

Subsequently, Zeng Xianchao transferred 1000 mu of barren mountains and constructed them according to the plan. After two years of efforts, a cement road with a width of 5 meters and a total length of 8 kilometers has been built, a reservoir has been built on the mountain, hydropower facilities have been improved, and office buildings have sprung up. At the same time, Zeng Xianchao also cleaned up the mountain yard. Camellia oleifera began to benefit last year, with an annual income of nearly 30 million yuan.

In order to drive Panchong village out of poverty and become rich, Zeng Xianchao adopted the mode of "company + base + poor households" and village-level project funds to convert capital into shares and pay dividends on schedule. He has radiated 13 surrounding villages and provided 300 jobs, with an annual per capita income of more than 8000 yuan.

With the steady development of Camellia oleifera industry, Zeng Xianchao made full use of the mountain and hydraulic resources of Sanligou to actively extend the industrial chain to promote the development of agricultural products processing, sightseeing tourism, leisure vacation, picking experience tourism and other industries. to provide more jobs and income for farmers.
