Zhu Chuanyin is an expert in entrepreneurship and aquaculture in Baimao Town. After drifting abroad for many years, he chose to go back to his hometown to raise native chickens. Although he was hit by SARS and bird flu, he did not give up. Today, there are 50 mu of mountain farms raising native chickens, with nearly 10,000 native chickens in stock, with a total annual output of 100000. Annual sales reached more than 1 million yuan, driving and supporting more than 30 farmers.

Zhu Chuanyin is an expert in entrepreneurship and aquaculture in Baimao Town. Over the past 15 years, he has gone from a former amateur in the aquaculture industry to an expert now, from an unmarketable market to a shortage of demand, from "single-handedly" in the past to driving surrounding farmers. Every bit of progress embodies his 15 years of painstaking efforts, sweat and persistence. He is a farmer, with his own practical actions to teach everyone to "work with your heart and be grateful to be a man".

If you work hard, you can start a business.

Zhu Chuanyin is a member of the Zhu Temple group from Zhu Pu Village, Bai Mao Town. He is thin and of medium height, shrewd and capable all over his body. Zhu Chuanyin, who graduated from junior high school in 1991 and was only 16 years old, went to Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province to work in a ceramic tile factory. In 1999, he learned that farming could be developed in his hometown, decisively returned to his hometown, bought a breeding book in a bookstore, and began a hard entrepreneurial career.

"in the early days of my start-up, I had no place and no funds. I could only learn something about farming by reading books on my own. I could only take it one step at a time and strive to take every step steadily." Zhu Chuanyin said. In order to try a variety of farming, he has also grown greenhouse vegetables, raised goats, rabbits, pigeons, colorful pheasants. In the end, he chose to raise native chickens.

However, at the beginning of the business, the breeding road is not very smooth, just to explore the way to encounter the 2003 "SARS", and then encountered the 2004 "bird flu". "in those two years, it was a great blow to the breeders. The chickens not only could not be sold, but also contracted the plague, and the chickens died in batches." Zhu Chuanyin recalled.

Starting a business is not achieved overnight, the key is to stick to it. "when I do business, I never look at the amount of money. I only look at the ratio of sales to expenditure every day. If it is a positive growth, then it is still making progress and it will give me confidence." With this optimistic entrepreneurial attitude and perseverance every day, Zhu Chuanyin has devoted himself to raising chickens, day after day, year after year, creating a breeding scale from 300 native chickens in 1999 to more than 10,000 adult chickens this year.

Today, he has a mountain farm of 50 mu and nearly 10,000 native chickens. he has not only set up a local chicken store in the county, but also established a stable partnership with businesses such as Wuhan and Hefei, with a total annual output of about 100000, and annual sales of more than 1 million yuan.

Because it is located at the foot of Yangjiajian Mountain, Zhu Chuanyin sold green pollution-free native chickens and eggs in the name of "White Hat Yangjiao Jian Tu Chicken", and registered Yangjiajian Ecological Agriculture Co., Ltd. In recent years, Yangjiaojian native chicken has been known by people. He usually pays attention to the quality of his products, and even if the market is out of stock, he will never pass off other eggs.

Zhu Chuanyin takes care of his daily life. For more than ten years, a family of eight has lived a prosperous life by relying on the chicken industry, according to the family management model of distribution according to demand and doing their best, and truly achieve the employment of one person to start a business and the whole family.

In 2012, Zhu Chuanyin established a professional cooperative for native chicken breeding in Zhulinwan, Yuexi, registered the trademark "Yangjiao Jian", and the cause was officially on the right track. Zhu Chuanyin said, "I don't have a master to teach me. I rely on self-study." If you fail once, you will accumulate experience. Over the past 15 years, I have fumbled out the breeding experience in this way. "

"I have been learning the art of raising chickens with Zhu Chuanyin for more than a year. He often says,'do everything, do people well first. This is the most basic way of doing business, which inspires me deeply." Liu Jianyan, a young man in Gufang who studied chicken raising skills with Zhu Chuanyin, said. Today, he uses his entrepreneurial experience to drive more than 30 farmers in and around the county, ranging from thousands to hundreds, so as to drive, support and succeed.

Help the poor and be keen on public welfare

In his spare time, Zhu Chuanyin, known as "I sell chicken wives", is active on the Internet, actively promoting his hometown and engaging in public welfare undertakings.

It is understood that he not only took good care of several uncles in his family, but also supported Zhu Jiuhe, a lonely and widowed man in his 70s in the village, until his retirement. He raised thousands of yuan online and offline for patients with renal failure in the village, which was well received by the local people. In 2001, he led the villagers to Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences to get acquainted with the professor and returned to his hometown to plant southern precocious pears. Now he has a yield of 5000 jin per mu and an income of more than 10,000 yuan per mu, allowing a poor family to embark on the road to prosperity.

In 2012, Zhu Chuanyin joined the Yuexi Volunteer Alliance, walking through the countryside in his spare time in business, caring for the warmth of the poor groups. "although there is not much money for each donation, it represents a sense of love. Sometimes, the power of love in society can give hope to a family in need." Zhu Chuanyin said.

Over the years, Zhu Chuanyin has always adhered to the aquaculture industry and carefully participated in public welfare undertakings. "I always feel that it is better to burn incense at a distance than to accumulate virtue nearby. I feel full to do more things that are meaningful to society and use my modest strength to help people around me who are in need of help. " Zhu Chuanyin said.
