Li Qinghua, 42 years old, is from Shifo Village, Fengjiakou Town, Nanpi County. After graduation, he worked as a township contract worker, engaged in hardware processing, did business, and registered the first cooperative in Nanpi County-- Yutian vegetable planting Professional Cooperative in Nanpi County, but none of them was ideal.

Until 2010, the national 12th five-year Plan put forward to "encourage farmers to promote the development of modern agriculture", let Li Qinghua see the development path clearly. At that time, he contracted more than 400 mu of land in Diannan Village, a neighboring village, and began to develop large-scale planting, which produced benefits during the year. In order to make the land more cost-effective, since 2012, Li Qinghua began to consider further transformation and decided to take the road of facility agriculture development.

At that time, the country's efforts to benefit farmers continued to increase, and Nanpi County established the first financial subsidy project for comprehensive agricultural development in the county. Upon application, Lu Qinghua took over the project and, with the support of relevant departments, built the first greenhouse in May 2012, with increasing benefits. By the end of 2014, the number of protected vegetable greenhouses had increased to 42, and the cooperative in Chu Qinghua had become the largest modern agricultural demonstration base in Nanpi County.

As the price of vegetables has fluctuated greatly in the past two years, if it is even cloudy, the whole shed of vegetables will be destroyed at once. After many investigations, Li Qinghua found that edible fungi do not have very high requirements for soil quality and season. Since last year, Li Qinghua's cooperative has also undertaken the poverty alleviation project of edible fungi run by Nanpi County's Office of Poverty Alleviation. In a twinkling of an eye, the edible mushroom project covering an area of 20,000 square meters was completed, and led the surrounding poor farmers to shake off poverty and become rich.

With the continuous growth of modern agriculture, Li Qinghua's life is also changing. His car has changed from "domestic" to "joint venture" to the current "import", and he has bought a building in the urban area to live the life of a city dweller. The change in the quality of life has not changed the simple nature of Lu Qinghua's peasant background. Every morning, he set out from the city and rushed to the base to work. Chen Qinghua said frankly, "if you don't get mud on your feet, you won't have peace of mind."

Talking about the changes in the past 10 years, Luo Qinghua said: "to tell you the truth, the development of the base to its present scale is entirely due to the country's good policy of benefiting farmers. Without such a good policy of benefiting farmers and the strong assistance of departments at all levels, there is no such thing as I am today."

Talking about the development in the next five years, Li Qinghua told reporters that he is investigating the "Internet + Agriculture" project and wants to use the Internet as an e-commerce platform to sell vegetables. In addition, he also considered building the vegetable planting base into a modern agricultural leisure place that integrates sightseeing, picking and fishing, so that more people can benefit from the agricultural transformation and drive more poor households out of poverty.
