In the next three years, the two sides will jointly support more than 300 pilot counties (cities and districts) to develop rural e-commerce in combination with returning home entrepreneurship pilot projects, continuously promote the industrial chain and economic environment construction in pilot areas, especially in rural areas in central and western China, and attract more people to return home for entrepreneurship and employment.
