On a frosty morning in the middle of winter, the corrugated edge, the withered grass, and the mountains are white, and the shallow water of the field is also covered with ice. when everyone was still living in a warm quilt, a figure had already walked into the ground, swinging a hoe to hit the nest, release seedlings, cultivate the soil, and cover the film, in order to create a beautiful "fruit kingdom".

He, the Vietnamese returnee Wen Hanjun, who returned home to start a business, leased more than 500 mu of land in Huaguang Township, Xichong County, (Nanchong City, Sichuan Province) in 2015, growing nearly 10 kinds of high-quality fruits such as oranges, apples, pears, peaches and dates. At present, for his own "fruit kingdom", Wen Hanjun divided the land into three areas, interplanting crops with quick results, stocking poultry, and making efficient use of land resources for short and long growth.

Going abroad to work in a mold factory, his fingers were broken for only 6 days' rest.

Wen Hanjun, 41, was born in Huaguang Township, the most remote township in Xichong County, next to Shuanghe Township in Nanchong City. As soon as he stepped out of the school gate, he took a train to the south and rushed to work along the coast. With the tide of working, Wen Hanjun moved to Shenzhen and Beijing, and went to Vietnam and other places. After more than 20 years of hard work, I have earned capital and life experience for myself.

In the summer of 1991, Wen Hanjun, still an ignorant teenager, went out to work alone. Drifting out, life let him taste the joys and sorrows of life.

"it's really hard to work. When I broke my finger, I only took six days off." Wen Hanjun recalled that in July 1997, when he was working in a mold factory in Chaozhou, he needed to work overtime for a long time because of tight delivery. He didn't have a good rest, and he was very tired.

At noon one day, during the plaster mold planing operation on the machine tool, Wen Hanjun's right index finger was broken after a nap. After a simple bandage, he stayed at home for only 6 days, then went to work with injuries. "at that time, the salary was high, so there was no way to waste time. If you play for one more day, you will earn one day less."

Get together again after 10 years of parting with the family after returning home for health reasons.

1998 was Wen Hanjun's happiest year, with a good working and living environment. After nearly 10 years of hard work, Wen Hanjun has transformed from a mold apprentice into a company executive with excellent skills and strong leadership.

"when I received 8000 yuan in cash at a time, I was so happy that I didn't know where to put the money." Wen Hanjun smiled all over his face. That night, he counted the money again and again, and stayed awake all night. The next day, I sent all the money to my parents who were farming at home. As a white-collar worker, he is not satisfied and wants to go abroad to look for gold. It was the autumn of 2001, and an accidental opportunity sent him to Vietnam.

"the income abroad is many times higher than that at home." Wen Hanjun is very excited when he recalls that he worked as a senior executive in Pingyang, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, for nearly 10 years. He said that he wanted to continue to work, but because of his own health reasons, he needed to return home for treatment.

In February 2009, increasing work pressure, coupled with irregular diet, caused endocrine disorders and constipation, which in turn caused other diseases of the body. "I really can't hold on, and I want to go home." He said that he returned to his hometown in Xichong with years of savings and illness to buy a new house to reunite with his family. Back home, when Wen Hanjun returned home, what he thought most of was to start a business in his hometown, driving the villagers to become rich.

Hire manpower to renovate the land, purchase 5 varieties and plant more than 8000 citrus trees

In October 2015, Wen Hanjun decided to plant high-quality fruit after various investigations. "the difficulties encountered in agriculture are far beyond my expectations." Wen Hanjun said that only the link of land preparation was almost too much for him to bear. Fortunately, he had the confidence and hope to persist with the strong support of his family.

"there are many plots that the excavator can't go to at all." Wen Hanjun said that in order to grow on a large scale, he hired manpower to flatten more than 200 mu of wasteland into large plots of land. In mid-December 2015, Wen Hanjun finally transformed the plots of Lijiawan, Ren Jiahu, and Laojunguan in Huaguang Township. He was so excited that he couldn't wait to buy more than 8000 citrus varieties from other places, and saw the sturdy seedlings. He felt a trace of sweetness in his heart.

In the cold winter months, citrus seedlings need to be planted as soon as possible. Wen Han-Jun is faced with another difficult problem: where to find someone to plant? It made him feel a little depressed, which kept him awake all night. It was just dawn on December 23, and regardless of the cold wind outside and the frosty and slippery road, he rode his motorcycle and hurried from the county to Huaguang Township to organize personnel to plant seedlings.

Wen Hanjun said firmly that working so hard has come over, and there are no difficulties that can stop him from starting a business. "in a line of work, as long as you stick to it, you will certainly be able to realize your dream." He said that after working for 20 years, he had only worked in the mold industry and nothing else. He believes that as long as he devotes himself to fruit cultivation and has the support of his family, he will certainly be able to build a beautiful fruit kingdom.

Describe the blueprint of starting a business to build a "fruit kingdom" with short and long growth.

"since I was a child, I like to plant fruit trees and dream of having my own orchard." Wen Hanjun said that when he was a child, he found roadside peach seedlings and transplanted them to the front and back of the house. The old house was surrounded by peach and pear trees, and more than 300 walnut trees were planted on the hillside.

Wen Hanjun described the blueprint for starting a business, and his "Fruit Kingdom" will be built mainly by stages with citrus. Now it has planted 500 plants of citrus "Spring seeing", 500 plants of "Qingjian", 1000 plants of fertile oranges, 1000 plants of Daya, 500 plants of Eyuan, 4700 plants of late-maturing blood oranges, and will also plant pear trees, apples, dates, kiwifruit, strawberries, fragrant fruits and other fruits after the Spring Festival. It is expected that "fruit kingdom" will be seen in four years' time.

"there is still a long way to go to realize the dream." Wen Hanjun said that he will adopt the "short-term and long-term" approach to make comprehensive use of the land and complete it in stages. At present, I divide the land into three areas, interplant crops with quick results, release poultry, and make efficient use of land resources in order to grow up in a short time.

In order to build his own "fruit kingdom", Wen Hanjun set aside 300 mu of arranged land as a planting area to interplant wheat, rape, soybeans and other crops, which can not only increase economic income, but also reduce the growth of weeds and control labor costs. Another 100 mu is used as a breeding area to raise chickens, ducks and geese in bulk. The weeds in the field are the best feed for ecological breeding, and poultry manure has become the best organic fertilizer in the soil. This kind of organic cycle can save the feed cost of breeding, and save the investment of fertilizers and pesticides. Taking the remaining 100 mu as a scientific research area, he has reached an agreement with the Institute of Agricultural Sciences to use the arranged land as a seed production base, which is more cost-effective than planting ordinary crops.

Wen Hanjun said that returning to his hometown to start a business also needs to increase income and bring rich people. When people work in the orchard nearby, they can work as many as 30 people a day, and their daily wage expenditure is nearly 2000 yuan. together with the land rent, they have paid more than 300,000 yuan to the people nearby.
