A few days ago, the author walked into the laying hen farm set up by Huang Fuchang in Daodong Village, Shatian Town, Pinggui Management District, and caught sight of white laying hens pecking leisurely under a sweet-scented osmanthus tree, or playing or resting, looking really cute.

Driving a car to deliver eggs to Huang Fuchang, who had just returned from the city, was gentle, calm, shy and energetic, which was the first impression he left on the author. According to him, putting the native eggs in the car before 10 o'clock every day and taking them to the city for sale has become his daily norm, and it is also the happiest "income" time of his day. He told me that eggs are often ordered as "baby babies". Usually, before the eggs are laid, customers order them in advance, which are sold not only to Shatian town bazaars, primary and secondary schools, but also to Hezhou farmers' markets and surrounding cities and counties (districts). This is mainly due to his information posted on Wechat moments and the chicken feed made entirely of green foods such as corn, soybean meal and wheat husk.

Huang Fuchang, who majored in landscape architecture at university, gave up the generous offer of a company in Dongguan, Guangdong, in February last year and went back to his hometown to start a business with his newly married wife. He told me that the reason why he chose to go back to his hometown to start a business was entirely out of filial piety to his parents and the return of his hometown. Going home and starting a business can not only be with your parents, but also promote the economic development of your hometown.

In fact, Huang Fuchang did not think clearly about what to do after returning home. "just be a chicken head, not a chicken tail." This is a sentence that he often says. After many investigations, he found that ecological eggs have high nutritional value and good benefits, which is also in line with the trend of modern people's pursuit of a healthy lifestyle, and there are few farms in Pinggui management area and even Hezhou City to raise ecological laying hens on a professional and large scale. After some deliberation, he decided to use his savings from working abroad for two years, coupled with his parents' savings for many years, to invest more than 100,000 yuan to set up a farm and become a "chicken commander."

In order to solve the problems of breeding technology and sales, Huang Fuchang participated in laying hen breeding technology training and network training many times, strengthened learning and exchanges, and finally walked out a successful road of "Internet +" modern agriculture. At present, there are more than 1000 laying hens in his laying hens farm, laying about 700 eggs a day. According to the current egg market, he earns 700 yuan a day for eggs alone, and his annual income is expected to reach 200000 yuan.

Huang Fuchang not only set up ecological laying hen farm and sweet-scented osmanthus tree plantation, but also set up a steel structure color tile company. Now, under the influence of his success in starting a business in his hometown, college students who have successfully started businesses outside Pinggui Management District have also returned to their hometown to invest, covering proprietary Chinese medicine, tea and fruit and vegetable cultivation, poultry breeding, eco-tourism development, food processing and other industries, promoting the development of modern agricultural industry and ecological rural tourism. Last year, the total output value of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery in the whole management area reached 3.07 billion yuan, an increase of 8.5 percent over the same period last year; it received 2.922 million tourists and the total tourism revenue was 3.003 billion yuan, up 15.96 percent and 23.07 percent respectively over the same period last year.

Thinking about the future, Huang Fuchang is full of confidence. He said that the ecological eggs under the forest should be made into a trump card, apply for a registered trademark, and the words "Xiaolianghe native eggs" should be printed on the packing box. At the same time, the joint return of entrepreneurial college students through land transfer to expand and strengthen the forest industry, building materials industry, and lead villagers to develop orchard and rural tourism, so that more villagers can achieve employment and entrepreneurship at home and achieve a well-off society with other parts of the country as soon as possible.
