In the rural areas of northern Liaoning, the first month is the year, every household red light is high, laughter, everywhere permeated with a strong flavor of the year. In the shiitake shed of the Binglang Mountain Edible Mushroom Professional Cooperative in Zhenxing Town, Xifeng County, Zhou Hongqi is busy in the shiitake mushroom shed, with rows of bags neatly placed. Zhou Hongqi carefully observed the size of the mycelium while wiping the sweat off his head. Since the establishment of the Edible Mushroom Professional Cooperative, the greenhouse has become the home of Zhou Hongqi. During the Spring Festival this year, Zhou and his family accompanied hundreds of thousands of bacteria bags over New Year's Eve.

Speaking of edible fungi, Zhou Hongqi opened the chatterbox. Zhou Hongqi, with a lively mind, went into business in his early years and traveled north and south. Since 2005, he began to "pour" edible mushrooms, often to Hebei, Jilin, Henan and other places to buy edible mushrooms, sent to the south to sell, grow mushrooms, sell mushrooms inside his knowledge "clear." He found that the climatic conditions in Zhenxing Town were very suitable for the cultivation of edible fungi, and he came up with the idea of leading the villagers to develop the cultivation of edible fungi. When he returned to his hometown, he told the idea to his old classmate Shi Jieyi, and the two hit it off.

In the spring of 2014, Zhou Hongqi and Shi Jie set up a professional cooperative for revitalizing Binglang Mountain Edible Mushroom, invested more than 3 million yuan, contracted 100 mu of land, set up an edible mushroom production base and planted Lentinus edodes in greenhouse. After two years of development, the cooperative has absorbed more than 150 members, built 700 greenhouses of Lentinus edodes, produced more than 6 million jin of fresh and dried Lentinus edodes annually, and increased the average income of rural households by 100000 yuan. "every year around the Spring Festival is the peak season for Lentinus edodes sales, and many dealers focus on looking for new sources of goods after the festival. in order to make our cooperative's Lentinus edodes catch up with the good time for sales, we prepare for production in advance, and now Lentinus edodes is spreading bacteria. Mushrooms can be produced around May, just in time. In the past two years, our Lentinus edodes went on the market early and of good quality, attracting a lot of customers, so we don't have to worry about price or selling. " Zhou Hongqi said while checking the temperature of the bacteria room, his eyes were full of self-confidence.

During the Spring Festival, member Zhu Yeping has been busy working in the greenhouse, working for Zhou Hongqi. He has not only learned the skills of ingredients, bacteria preparation, fungus production, disease prevention and control, but also become a spokesman for growing Lentinus edodes to become rich. Last year, he built 10 new greenhouses and put 100000 bacterial sticks. Under the cooperative's business model of full-process guidance, centralized management, and unified sales, he just built the greenhouse, put the bacterial sticks, harvested the mushrooms, and sent the mushrooms to the co-operative, and then the money was left. "Last year, I earned more than 200,000 yuan growing mushrooms with Zhou Hongqi. In the past, I didn't even dare to think about it. " When it comes to last year's harvest, Zhu Yeping smiled from ear to ear.
