When the people in the village saw Pan Shifang bulging his pockets for growing tea, they came to the door one after another for advice. the couple generously shared their experiences, and sometimes took the initiative to guide fertilizing and pruning tea trees. A few years ago, nowhere to stir-fry tea worried many villagers. When people turned to Pan Shifang and his wife for help, Pan Shifang instructed villagers to learn to use "electric wok", which not only solved the villagers' problems, but also made the quality of tea in Shitang village better and better. Under the leadership of Pan Shifang and his wife, the villagers planted tea one after another, increasing the average income of each family by more than 20,000 yuan.
