In Tanjiaqiao Town, Huangshan District, when the names of Hu Caixia and Liu Laiyou are mentioned, everyone will give a thumbs up and praise that they are a start-up couple and two experts at getting rich.

Hu Caixia lives at the foot of the river temple on the west side of the scenic sill window peak of Huangshan Mountain. This is originally a barren mountain. Due to the couple's development of under-forest breeding, a sika deer breeding base has been built. Today, on the hundreds of mu mountain farm in Hemiao Mountain, there are both peacocks wandering in the forest, sika deer walking under the forest, and hundreds of native chickens chasing and playing.

In 1988, Hu Caixia and her husband took 1500 yuan to work in Tangkou Town, the south gate of Huangshan. After more than ten years, they had some savings. In 2005, they returned to their hometown, Tanjiaqiao Town, and set up a farm happy local restaurant, which continued to develop. In 2014, they received more than 90,000 tourists, with a turnover of more than 3 million yuan.

Hu Caixia and his wife had a unique vision. They found that Tanjiaqiao Mountain Village was rich in tourism resources, but the excavation was not enough. When participating in the market investigation organized by the district and town family planning associations, they found that sika deer farming in the mountain village had broad market prospects. Deer is covered with treasure, velvet antler, deer blood, deer bone can be used as medicine, deer meat is edible, deer skin can be processed into leather products. Then invested more than 200,000 yuan, transferred 350 mu of Hemiaoshan Mountain Farm, signed a 70-year contract agreement, and applied for a special breeding license. In the spring of 2014, more than 300,000 yuan was invested to buy back 56 sika deer from a sika deer breeding base in Heilongjiang, building the largest sika deer breeding base in Huangshan City.

The husband and wife made a division of labor, the wife took care of the farm food and beverage, and the husband did his best to domesticate the sika deer. Sika deer are wild, coupled with the great differences in climate between the north and the south, they are not used to life. In order to overcome the difficulties of breeding, they invited experts from the Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences to provide on-site guidance and pay attention to strengthening epidemic prevention. After more than a year of breeding, the deer herd has grown to nearly 100, and the income of pilose antler alone reached more than 600,000 yuan in 2015. Deer should not be kept in captivity for a long time. After consultation between the husband and wife, a protective net with a total length of 3600 meters and a height of 3.5 meters was built around Miaoshan along the river, allowing sika deer to enjoy themselves in the wild. At the same time, hiking trails, orchards and bonsai gardens will be built in the base to allow tourists to enjoy the scenery of the mountain village. The completion of the Hemiaoshan Ecological Culture Park has also led to his family's farm music catering industry. now his family's farm music has become the designated reception point of the Shanghai Federation of Trade unions and the Shanghai veteran and educated youth. In 2015, it received more than 110000 tourists and the turnover exceeded 4.5 million yuan. Hu Caixia was also elected as the first model worker in Huangshan District.
