More than 20 women are busy in the greenhouse, some picking mushrooms, some cleaning mushrooms, some shipping mushrooms. This is what the author recently saw in the Shili camphor mushroom industrial base in Qiaobi Village, Aoxi Town, Le'an County, Jiangxi Province.

Learning that someone was coming for an interview, Xu Ying, wearing an apron and rain boots, hurried out of the mushroom shed. "Xu Ying is a local heroine, not only a deputy to the provincial people's Congress, but also a national rural women's' double-learning and double-comparison 'expert and vice president of the municipal women entrepreneurs association." The person in charge of the county sericulture bureau who accompanied the interview introduced excitedly.

Xu Ying, 51, is the women's director and family planning officer of the Qiaobi village committee. Qiaobi Village is located on the outskirts of the city, and there are many farmers who have lost their land. in order to help villagers find a way to get rich, she carefully conducted market research and found that the supply of Agaricus bisporus was in short supply and the economic benefits were considerable. In 2007, she took the lead in the trial of Agaricus bisporus, which was a success. Subsequently, she further expanded the planting scale, invested 490000 yuan, built more than 10 mushroom greenhouses and planted 15000 square meters of Agaricus bisporus.

"Last year, the mushroom market was good, with an average of 9 yuan per kilogram. The output of mushrooms I planted reached more than 70,000 kilograms, with an annual output value of more than 600,000 yuan and a net profit of about 150000 yuan." Talking about last year's harvest, Xu Ying smiled happily.

"A man who is rich is not rich, but a villager who is rich is really rich." After seeing Xu Ying grow mushrooms and get rich, many villagers came to learn from the experience. Xu Ying unreservedly taught the cultivation technology of Agaricus bisporus, driving the villagers to grow mushrooms together to get rich.

In order to drive more people to get rich, with the help of relevant departments in the county, Xu Ying established a mushroom planting vocational training school, carried out mushroom planting training for farmers free of charge, and took the lead in setting up Shili camphor mushroom professional cooperatives. a mushroom industry base was established in Qiaobi Village, adopting the model of "industry association (professional cooperative) + base + farmers", driving more than 50 farmers to plant more than 100,000 square meters of mushrooms. The average net income of mushroom farmers is more than 30,000 yuan.

Speaking of Xu Ying, Hu Huexi, a resident of Pingbei Village, Wanchong Town, was very grateful: "in the past, my family mainly made a living by farming, and life was tight." In 2009, with the help of Xu Ying, I began to grow mushrooms with an income of 40,000 yuan that year. Now, my family has built three mushroom greenhouses with a planting area of more than 3000 square meters and an annual net income of 60,000 to 70,000 yuan. "

While developing the mushroom industry, Xu Ying also made great efforts to develop circular economy, using mushroom scraps to grow sericulture and mulberry branches as mushroom planting raw materials to improve comprehensive benefits. At present, she has planted 30 mu of sericulture with an annual output value of 80, 000 yuan, and cultivated 150000 bags of agaric with an annual output value of more than 700, 000 yuan.

Talking about future development plans, Xu Ying pointed to a large piece of land that had just been flattened and said: "this year, I am going to invest 2 million yuan to build six standardized mushroom sheds to expand the planting scale of mushrooms and fungus." another new strain factory and a ready-to-eat mushroom processing plant will truly realize the one-stop production of breeding, planting and processing, greatly improve the comprehensive efficiency, and promote the development and upgrading of the industry. Drive more farmers to become rich and well-off. "
