Qingjiang Town is the largest fruit production base in Dongjiang Lake District, and also the largest citrus production base in Zixing. It is famous as "the hometown of fruits in four seasons". In the 1980s, Dongjiang Dam was closed for impoundment. In order to ensure the production and life of immigrants, Zixing Immigration Department guided immigrants to vigorously develop citrus industry according to the geographical and climatic conditions of Dongjiang Lake Reservoir Area. After 30 years of development, Qingjiang citrus has gradually become a well-known brand, sold at home and abroad. In 2015, the planting area of Qingjiang citrus exceeded 25,000 mu, the total output of citrus reached 150 million jin, the total output value reached 240 million yuan, and the per capita citrus income of citrus farmers exceeded 24000 yuan.

Huang Jing, a native of Qingjiang, is also a disabled person. His left leg was amputated due to an accident. Huang Jing has done coal mine business and worked as a fisherman. In 2012, he planted orchards and set up "Huang Jing Farm" after returning 24 cages to shore. He took the lead in opening up fruit tree claim mode in Zixing City. In 2009, Huang Haijing took a fancy to the development prospect brought by Qingjiang citrus, gave up Shenzhen's annual salary of 200,000 yuan, and returned to Qingcao Village to set up a farmhouse. "During the peak tourist season, we have to receive more than a hundred people every day. When there are too many people, we can only stop receiving them." Now, Huang Haijing has built a new riverside building in his "Qinyuan Villa". He is looking forward to this year's development.
