Through microbial additives, chickens can be less infected with diseases, thus reducing the use of antibiotics, which is the most effective measure to solve food safety from the source.

This is the original intention of Niagatti Wubuli to start a business.

Nicatti has been very interested in the field of biology since he was a child and likes to be close to nature, which has been maintained until now. When the college entrance examination newspaper volunteered, Nicarty resolutely chose the biology major and was admitted to the bioengineering major of Guangzhou South China University of Technology.

After graduating from university in 2012, Negatti came to work for a biotechnology company in Beijing, where he saw the bright future of biotechnology in agriculture and animal husbandry. After thinking about it, he resigned in 2014 to start a business. A microbiological research job in Beijing was enough to feed Negatti, but he left the comfort and embarked on the arduous road of entrepreneurship.

After returning to Xinjiang, Niagatti established * Avila Agricultural Technology Development Co., Ltd., which is mainly engaged in the research and promotion of compound microbiotechnology in the fields of agriculture and environmental protection.

Starting a business sounds beautiful, but it is very difficult to practice. At the beginning of the start-up, Negatti's team lacked funds, no venue, and was not recognized by farmers.

"when I brought a bottle of liquid biological bacteria to the chicken farmer, the other person gave me a cold look and said, 'you can't even be cured by medicine and injection. I don't believe what's in your bottle. Niagatti still can't forget his setbacks.

Niagatti decided to change his mind. A young team of five people, led by Nicatti, rented a piece of land in Anningqu Town, Urumqi City, with only 150000 yuan. They wanted to build a chicken farm and conduct a zero-emission microbial chicken raising experiment.

But there were many difficulties they could not imagine and anticipate. Because they could not afford to build the chicken coop, the young people decided to build the chicken farm by themselves.

They bought bricks, cement, steel, bought a variety of scattered tools, borrowed the hardware store welding machine, began to build walls, build houses, welding. Some people suffered from heat stroke, some people were peeled in the sun, and some people accidentally fell off the roof and got hurt when installing glass. Due to the serious shortage of funds, their meals are in addition to vegetable soup every day. Where there's a will, there's a way. In August 2014, they finally built a 450square meter chicken farm and started the first batch of chicken experiments. The zero-emission chicken experiment was successful. 4000 chickens were sold out because of their delicious meat.

With some money on hand, Negatti's team is going to experiment with growing vegetables in a greenhouse in winter. In the twinkling of an eye, three people in the team really did not want to eat this kind of hardship, and finally chose to give up and leave, and the team was forced to break up. It was only then that Negatti realized that no matter what project he was doing, the most important thing was the people, and the cohesion of the team members was the most important. Despite the blow, Negatti did not give up, he regained his strength and began a second round of team recruitment, this time with a group of like-minded friends, a doctor, two masters, and three undergraduates majoring in biology. In May 2015, Niagatti's enterprises successfully settled in the biomedical incubator in the high-tech zone (new urban area).

"We are developing our own pure plant insect repellent and will apply for a national patent this year." Negatti said that once the invention is successful, it can completely replace chemical agents, can be widely used in agriculture and animal husbandry, and more biotechnology will be developed in the future.

"my dream is to use my own technology and products to make agriculture and animal husbandry an ecological pure land." Negatti Wubu is full of hope for the future.
