At the beginning of last year, Zhou Jiang began to return to his hometown to develop greenhouse flower planting. at present, it is not only famous in the community, but also drives nearby villagers to find a new way to get rich by planting with special features.

"when I quit my job and went back to the village to develop flower cultivation, everyone thought I was joking!" Zhou Jiang said with a smile. Having finally found a stable job in a big city, it is obviously not in line with common sense to suddenly choose to go back to rural development.

Since 2014, Zhou Jiangfa, after work, now uses a lot of flowers in big cities, regardless of marriage or funeral, shop opening, and visiting patients. When he discovered this business opportunity, he thought that if he grows flowers and sells them, he can not only make rational use of the idle land at home, but also earn no less than a part-time worker.

In order to reduce the investment risk, Zhou Jiang did not blindly go on the project, but wanted to go out first to find a way to find a market. To this end, he went to Wuhan, Xi'an, Zhengzhou and other places many times to investigate the flower market in other places. "in the flower market, a kind-hearted man reminded me that it would be better to open a flower shop to sell it than to find someone to cooperate with." Zhou Jiang told reporters.

After learning about Zhou Jiang's idea, Wang Qian, deputy head of Tao Ying Township, a contract cadre in the Xizhang immigrant community, actively helped him coordinate the land and won a counterpart project to support the development of immigrants in the county immigration bureau. In the end, the county immigration bureau allocated special funds to help him build six flower planting greenhouses free of charge, with a flower planting area of 6 mu.

In March last year, Zhou Jiang airlifted seeds from flowers such as Fulang flowers, lilies and lavender from Yunnan and tried to plant them in the greenhouse. Because of his good management and adequate investment, the flowers he planted soon reached the "age" of getting married. By the middle of July, all the flowers in the six greenhouses in Zhoujiang had entered the peak picking season, picking 15 times a month according to the flowering period, with a monthly income of nearly 10,000 yuan per greenhouse.

"now I have set up my own company, and flowers are very popular in the Wuhan market. They have opened up a market and won a large number of customer orders. Next, I will expand the scale of flower cultivation, expand to 18 greenhouses, and open branches in Zhengzhou and Xi'an. " Zhou Jiang went on to tell reporters.
