"where are you? your 'preferential loan' has come down. Come and deal with it." Gan Bin, director of the Pingba Associated Press Yangchang Credit Association, urged on the phone.

"that's great. I'm in a hurry to use this money to expand the scale of farming. I didn't expect it to come down so soon." At the other end of the phone, Ai Shengming, a villager from Rice Village, Yangchang Township, breathed a long sigh of relief.

It is understood that in recent years, Pingba Rural Credit Cooperatives has actively responded to the country's call for precise poverty alleviation, taking rural financial poverty alleviation as a breakthrough and launching a series of services such as "preferential loans" to help farmers develop their industries and increase their income and become rich.

With the help of financial poverty alleviation, Ai Shengming, an aggressive and hardworking poor household, decided to expand the scale of farming so that his family could lead a good life.

Along the beautiful Yangchang River, the reporter came to the Lanba Group, Daogu Village, Yangchang Township, Pingba District, which is a small village with beautiful mountains and clear rivers.

Walking into Ai Shengming's home, the reporter saw that a family of 9 people lived in two small bungalows.

"my parents are honest farmers who have worked in farm work all their lives and have not earned any money, so they have been living a very hard life." Ai Shengming said.

In 1999, after graduating from junior high school, Ai Shengming gave up school at home to help his parents do farm work for his sister and brother to study. At the age of 18, he went to Zhejiang to work as a textile worker, but he could not earn much money because he was young and had no skills. He worked for more than a decade, and he could barely make ends meet.

In 2011, Ai Shengming, who had been away for many years, returned to work in his hometown and made granular plastic in enterprises in the park, but he had a third-grade disability in his left hand due to operational errors. After paying 150000 yuan for medical treatment, only 60, 000 yuan was left.

"at that time, the expenses of the whole family depended on my income from working. After my hand was disabled, my originally improved living conditions got into trouble." Ai Shengming said that in the summer of 2013, because he was disabled and could not go out to work, Ai Shengming, whose hand injury was getting better, bought 60 sheep with the only compensation payment and began goat breeding.

"at that time, I thought, anyway, since we are so poor, we might as well use the money to do some aquaculture industry, and maybe we can still have a good life." Ai Shengming, who is physically disabled and determined, said so.

If you buy sheep, Ai Shengming will have no money. In order to save money, he keeps sheep in a cave outside the village. The cycle of the goat is one year, and the cold winter is just around the corner. How can we survive the cold winter without a sheepfold that can keep out the cold?

"at that time, none of the money in hand could support the basic livelihood of the family, let alone repair the sheepfold. However, if we don't repair the sheepfold, we may not be able to keep these dozens of sheep and get the money back. I was so worried that I couldn't even sleep at that time. " Ai Shengming said that in an urgent situation, he remembered a loan book issued by the credit union when it was setting up files and grading for the villagers in the village.

"because my family was poor, it was difficult to borrow money from relatives and friends at that time. Can the bank lend me money?" Holding the mentality of trying, Ai Shengming reflected his difficulties to the credit union staff.

"after learning about my situation, the enthusiastic credit union staff immediately issued 35000 yuan of micro-credit loans to farmers to meet my immediate needs." After getting the money, Ai Shengming quickly built a sheepfold, and 60 sheep survived the winter smoothly. The next year, Ai Shengming's goat sold for a good price.

"with financial support and hard work, I believe there is still hope for families to get rich." Ai Shengming, who found the first bucket of gold, is more and more confident in breeding. In 2015, in order to expand the scale of farming, the credit union provided him with 50, 000 yuan of credit support. Now the farm has 230 sheep, worth 300000 yuan. When there were more sheep in the farm, feed became a problem. Ai Shengming once again found the credit union and hoped that the credit union would give him advice.

In March 2016, the Rural Credit Cooperatives issued a "preferential loan" to Ai Shengming, a micro-credit loan of 50,000 yuan for poverty alleviation farmers, encouraging him to contract 10 mu of land to grow vegetables in a greenhouse, thus solving his usual liquidity difficulties. At the same time, winter supplementary grass is planted on the hillside to solve the problem of winter grass supply. This year, Ai Shengming plans to expand the breeding scale to 300 by the end of the year and strive to declare small and micro enterprises. Standing at the foot of the farm, Ai Shengming's eyes are full of hope for the future.
