Sichuan Meiling Special Morning Tea Group Co., Ltd. was established in Meiling Village, Huguo Town, Naxi District, the village of extra early morning tea in China on Feb. 27, at the fourth Tea Mining activity week in Sichuan, the hometown of extra early morning tea in China. Sichuan's only special morning tea in Sichuan has formed a "sister tea" with Hangzhou Xihu Longjing Tea, resulting in a substantial increase in output and output value.

At the end of 1990s, the construction industry gradually sprang up in our country, and many young people joined the construction army, opening their own way to become rich by working. In the prime of life, Yan Honggui also devoted himself to the construction industry, created wealth with his own labor, and became a well-known local contractor. "I've worked on the construction site for a few years and made some money, but I still want to do something in my hometown." Talking about the original intention of starting a business, Yan Honggui is very excited.

In 2000, Yan Honggui, who was plain sailing in the construction industry, resolutely changed his career and came to Fujin Village, Huguo Town to contract 360 mu of land and open barren mountains to build tea gardens. Fujin Village is very remote, but its geography and environment are very suitable for the growth of tea trees. In the first two years, Yan Honggui and his family stayed in the tea garden all day. One of the things he was busy with every day was weeding the tea garden from the National Day to the Spring Festival.

For the first two years, many people were busy all day in the tea garden but did not see any income, and not a few people backed down and chose to give up. However, Yan Honggui still persisted. In the spring of 2003, the newly planted tea trees sprouted, giving Yan Honggui and his family hope: "although picking tea every day makes my back ache and my hands numb, I can get banknotes when I sell fresh leaves that have just been picked every day. I feel that no matter how tired I am, it is worth it."

Grow in the development from seed to production

After several years of development, Yan Honggui found that selling fresh leaves alone does not reflect the greatest value of Naxite morning tea, because when the tea leaves in Jiangsu and Zhejiang areas begin to be picked, the price of local fresh leaves will plummet, and even the phenomenon of unsalable will occur. Although Naxi tea is early, it can not grab any market opportunities. So Yan Honggui decided to make his own tea.

In 2004, Yan Honggui used his total savings of more than 30,000 yuan to buy equipment and set up a Hongyan tea factory. It is said that the tea factory is actually no different from the family workshop. There are several machines in several dilapidated tile houses, and they are both the boss and the worker. Fortunately, with the introduction of experts from the Agricultural Bureau of Naxi District, several tea manufacturers in Beijing, Jiangsu and Zhejiang were very interested in Naxit morning tea and sent technicians to guide him on how to make tea. Yan Honggui began to stay in the production workshop day and night, killing, kneading, drying, and every detail. Soon, he mastered the essentials of making green tea, and the tea was snapped up by these manufacturers. There was a profit of more than 100000 a year, which excited him for a long time.

Yan Honggui, who tasted the benefits, did not stop there. he used his profits to buy new equipment and hired his relatives to the factory to help. In this way, there are more and more equipment, and the scale of the factory is getting bigger and bigger. In 2007, Yan Honggui's tea processing plant has nearly 30 sets of equipment, which can produce more than 100 jin of tea every day. In order to expand the influence of Naxit morning tea, he renamed his factory Meiling Tea Factory.

Father and son work together to create a brand

Because the family has been growing and making tea, his son Yan Wei will also come to help after studying. After a long period of osmosis, he has formed an inextricable bond with tea. When he volunteered for the college entrance examination in 2011, Yan Wei did not hesitate to apply for the tea major in the horticulture department of Sichuan Agricultural University. At school, Yan Wei learned that black tea is fermented, has no irritation to the stomach and intestines, and has the effect of warming the stomach and calming the mind, so it is suitable for more people to drink, so Yan Wei shifted the focus of his study to the research and development and production of black tea varieties.

For Yan Honggui, 2011 is not only an extraordinary year, but also a year that he will never forget. Yan Honggui is a national tea critic with rich experience in growing tea and skilled tea-making and evaluation skills, coupled with the painstaking study of his son Yan Wei. After ten years of hard work in the tea industry, Meiling Tea Factory finally has its own brand-Rock seam. Father and son integrated their respective strengths and jointly launched rock seam snow sprouts, rock seam hair peaks, rock seam tea, rock seam black tea and other characteristic varieties, which are favored by the majority of tea lovers.

Join the group to develop the tea industry and embark on the intensive road

Meiling Tea Factory has always adhered to the concept of "selling organic tea products and doing health work". In order to ensure the quality of tea, in 2011, Yan Honggui absorbed 14 major tea growers from several nearby villages and established Yan Wei Tea Professional Cooperative. In order to improve the quality of tea, he personally guided the management, fattening and other techniques, the eco-organic tea garden reached 4000 mu.

Although there is no market for his own products, Yan Honggui feels that the tea industry in Luzhou is not developed and its market competitiveness is not strong enough. In order to make the tea industry in Luzhou bigger and stronger and drive the people of Luzhou to get rich, Yan Honggui joined nine other tea manufacturers in Luzhou and established Meiling Special early Tea Group Co., Ltd. Under the collective company, there are professional sales team and management team, and the production technology and product sales of each branch factory are managed by the company.

Since its establishment a month ago, the group company has been running well, with more than 150 employees, 586 members of the club and an area of 20,000 mu of tea garden. It is estimated that the total output of the group company this year will be about 600000 jin, and the total output value will exceed 100 million.

For the future, Yan Honggui has his own thinking: "I hope that through our efforts, let more and more people understand Naxit morning tea, so that our special morning tea can go abroad and go to the world."
