After the chicken farm run by him and his wife Wu Jinping became rich, they also helped more than 10 poor families in the village raise chickens. In 2010, Wu Xiaofan met his wife Wu Jinping online. At that time, Wu Jinping was a sophomore majoring in civil engineering at Xinhua College of Ningxia University. After graduation, Wu Jinping married Wu Xiaofan. she came to Yanshou Village, Zengfu Township, Fuling, Chongqing, from Yinchuan to run a chicken farm with Wu Xiaofan. And prolonging life is a notoriously poor village.

After getting married, Wu Xiaofan's biggest goal is to raise chickens well. In 2013, Xiaofan expanded the chicken coop and contracted two more on the original basis. He sold the chickens to Chongqing through dealers, with annual sales of 150000 yuan. Wu Xiaofan and his wife have now had two children.
