In 2004, Zhang Yanhui graduated from Hainan University majoring in tourism management. In 2005, Zhang Yanhui went to work as a salesman in a travel agency. three years later, he has become the general manager of the tourism section of the group company.

In 2009, Zhang Yanhui, an executive of a tourism company, noticed that the five-legged pig dishes in the scenic spot, although the price was slightly higher, were very popular. 98 yuan per serving of white-cut five-legged pig, do not add any seasoning, only need to be cooked in clear water, authentic. The roast five-legged pig with 30 yuan each is full of praise from tourists.

In the middle of this process, we found that this pig does not have a stable channel for purchase and sale.

Zhang Yanhui went around the market in Haikou, large and small, and no one sold Hainan five-legged pigs. When he went to the Li village to learn more, he found that although the villagers thought that the pork with five feet was delicious, it took 12 months to grow to about 100 jin, and the cost of food was more than 800 yuan. the price was low, there was no money, and not many people were willing to buy it. Over time, the villagers only raised a few five-legged pigs to eat at home, not as a way to make money.
