A few days ago, the author came to Qingshuitan grape base in Jiangkou Town, Ganxian County, and saw that the villager Ding Xuepong was busy sweating here. "on the second day of the Lunar New year, I came to the base to build a shelf for the vine." Ding Xuepong told me that the vines of more than 2 mu of land are his "rich tree", which has undergone earth-shaking changes in his life in the past few years.

Ding Xue's poor family was originally a famous poor family in the village. he was disabled in his legs and his wife was mentally retarded and could not communicate with people normally, so the whole family lived on Ding Xue's poor odd jobs. A few years ago, the grape growing industry was developed in Jiangkou village. Ding Keliang, secretary of the village party branch, found Ding Xuepeng and hoped that he would grow grapes with the villagers and take off the hat of poverty. In that year, Ding Keliang helped Ding Xuepeng plant one mu of grapes by fighting for poverty alleviation funds.

Industrial poverty alleviation is an effective way to accurately help the poor. In recent years, due to the construction of high-speed railway and polder towns, the area of cultivated land in Jiangkou village has been decreasing, and a small number of cultivated land are small sloping fields. Large-scale grain cultivation and aquaculture can not become a climate, so it is urgent to change the industrial structure. So, what kind of industry is more suitable for the development of Jiangkou Village? To this end, the local government sent special personnel to Jiangsu and Zhejiang to inspect, combined with the local situation, finally decided to guide the villagers to plant grapes.

"grapes are afraid of water, and the ramps are well placed for drainage, so growing grapes is perfect for our village." Ding Keliang told me. With the help of the government, Jiangkou Village has set up a 100-mu grape planting base in Qingshuitang, focusing on supporting advantageous industries such as grape planting with the poverty alleviation model of "cooperatives + poor households".

At the grape base, the author met Li Minbang, a technician who is guiding the villagers to fertilize. He is a technician specially hired in the town to fertilize, administer medicine, and guide the villagers to set up shelves. As long as there are technical difficulties, the villagers all ask him to help solve them. "We contact high-quality seedlings, build ditches, and jointly manage grape bases at the town and village levels." Ding Keliang said that the village also supported poor families through preferential measures such as reduction of seedling fees and payment of rent by installments. Everyone has no worries and is preoccupied with growing grapes one after another.

"now that I grow grapes, I have an income of 10,000 yuan per mu, which is something I dare not even think about before. This' get rich vine 'bears a' happy fruit'." Talking about the current income, Ding Xuepong smiled. Since 2015, 61 poor households like Ding Xuepong in Jiangkou village have taken off the label of poverty by growing grapes.

Today, Jiangkou Town combines grape picking with farm tourism to build a Qingshuitang grape base. Driven by farm tourism, the base is becoming more and more famous. the original low-yield, single land has now become a modern agricultural production demonstration base integrating grape planting, picking and tourism.
