Unexpectedly, these little guys were hard to serve. They ate too much and starved to death. The room temperature was too low and too high. They often caught cold when they opened the windows and received heat when they closed them. The arrangement of chickens is also exquisite, the density is too large, the chickens are crowded, and the feeding is uneven. The density is too small, which is not conducive to heat preservation and the survival rate decreases. Then there is the pecking of chicks, peaceful coexistence before feeding, pecking feathers, pecking wings and pecking anus after feeding, light ones disabled, heavy ones dead. It often happened that a large number of people died for no reason the next morning after they were fine the night before, which made him very anxious, like a tank stuck in a mud beach.

In order to raise chickens well, he successively visited several large-scale chicken factories in Aksu, invited professional technicians to his home twice, bought books such as "Analysis of Poultry Diseases" and "Livestock Breeding," etc. After several sleepless nights, after countless analyses, he often "opened the dead chickens for inspection," gradually mastered the living habits and pathological knowledge of chickens, and could correctly handle epidemic prevention, disinfection, nose dropping and eye dropping of chickens. Gradually mastered the technology of scientific chicken raising. He raised the stove in the shed to warm up, like taking care of his own children carefully care of the remaining more than 7000 chickens, a month later, the chicks grew up, survival rate reached 98%. In that year, eggs were laid and profits of 130,000 yuan were realized. After expansion of chicken houses of 520 square meters, a scale was formed on chicken breeding.

In 2014, Wang Linji's eggs were registered as the brand of "cluck". In the same year, his chicken farm was expanded from 500 square meters to 1000 square meters. The number of laying hens was also increased from 20000 to 50000, with a daily egg production of 500 kg. The net profit of that year was more than 500,000 yuan. Wang Linji's farm was rated by the teacher as "a demonstration point for multiple income increase of employees 'independent entrepreneurship".
