Deng Qiehu and Ma Xuesong, good partners of the post-80s generation in the cold beach area, gave up their original work to concentrate on aquaculture to drive people out of poverty and become rich.

In 2013, the planting industry was sought after by many entrepreneurs. Deng Weihu resolutely gave up his work in the computer it industry to start a business in Maping Agricultural Development Zone. After some research, he decided to engage in rare planting, planting black tigers, August melons, September yellow and so on, and put his savings and thoughts into the planting industry. However, due to the lack of technology and the influence of soil quality, the harvest is not ideal, which deters the villagers who intend to partner in the village.

In order to get rid of the predicament, in September 2015, Deng Yihu combined with the local reality and found a new way of aquaculture, so he looked for a partner through the Internet and met Ma Xuesong, a professional farmer in Shuangpai County. Ma Xuesong was originally a worker who worked in a field, and the two hit it off and started Loach farming together and invested in the establishment of a breeding cooperative of Yihe Loach. Deng Qiahu said, "our farming is divided into several large pieces, including fry, fry and commercial fish. anyway, our investment of these three or four pieces was more than 600000 yuan at that time."

After the establishment of the cooperative, Deng Qianhu and Ma Xuesong considered that marketing and technology were a top priority. with an indomitable spirit of research, they constantly consulted data and experiments, and discovered the skill of raising a "special" Loach, the Taiwan Loach. The development of Loach culture is inseparable from the field, Deng Yihu also through the circulation of 120 mu of paddy fields in the village, excavated 50 mu of Loach breeding ponds, began the cultivation of special Loach. Deng Weihu told the reporter: "We also saw a Taiwan Loach project through some television publicity materials such as Central Radio 7, and then I also searched the Internet to find out about it. I found that the prospect of Loach is very big, and then this profit is also considerable." Ma Xuesong, technical director of Yihe Loach breeding Cooperative, said: "take this Loach as an example, its most technical content is to raise seedlings. In the past, many people did not believe that the artificial fry of Loach could be successful, because the survival rate of the seedlings was not high, but we succeeded."

The success of the cultivation of special Loach has attracted the attention of many local and surrounding county farmers. Many villagers transformed their abandoned fields into ponds and decided to cooperate with the cooperative sent by Deng Yihu and Ma Xue to cultivate special Loach. Ye Rongqing, Duanqiaopu Village, Dong'an County, said: "I also raise this fish in my house, but fish farming is always not up to his level. He still raises better, and his Loach is big." I am going to raise this fish, because I walk here every day, and I think his Loach is particularly special. " Li Xuerong, a farmer in Wufengpu Liujia Village, Shaoyang County, said: "as far as I am concerned, I am a novice farmer. I also need to see that there is a bigger base here. I can see things, that is, these fish, ah, and so on. I feel more at ease if I can see something real."

According to Deng Qianhu, Taiwan Loach can be raised in two batches a year, and the output of one batch of fish fry per mu can reach about 3000 jin. Excluding the cost, it can create a net income of about 50, 000 yuan a year. The next step will be to introduce platypus fish according to the situation of the aquatic market. The price of platypus fish is higher now, and the profit is better. Today, the cooperatives of Deng Zhihu and Ma Xuesong have become popular in the local area, providing not only technical guidance to farmers who come to visit, but also fish fry, commercial fish and feed, giving people a taste of sweetness.
