The reporter saw that in front of a rice seedling plate seeder, four or five members were busy raising rice seedlings on an assembly line, and in the paddy field not far away, more members were arranging seedling trays neatly.

Nowadays, assembly line and factory raising of rice seedlings have become an important link in the whole process of mechanized rice production, because of its high efficiency, neat emergence, strong seedlings and quick return to green, it has been favored by the majority of rice growers, and Zhao Huidun is one of them.

"in the past, it cost more than 10,000 yuan to raise 20 mu of rice seedlings, but after the whole mechanized seedling raising technology was used, the expenditure was saved by half." Zhao Huidun told the reporter that compared with the traditional seedling raising technology, the whole mechanized seedling raising technology can not only reduce labor intensity, solve the problem of labor shortage, but also reduce agricultural costs. This year, the cooperative has raised 23 mu of rice seedlings and plans to plant 2500 mu of rice, including 1468 mu of double-cropping rice, 500mu of ratooning rice, 200mu of japonica rice and the rest of ordinary medium rice.

The reporter learned in the interview that the green rice cooperative in Cili County was established in 2014, when 970 mu of paddy fields were transferred for rice cultivation, and the transferred land increased to 1069 mu in 2015 and 2500 mu this year.

"I am from Huanghu Village. I have become rich, but Huanghu Village is still a poor village, and many villagers have not yet been lifted out of poverty." Zhao Huidun believes that he "has the ability and expertise" to drive the surrounding villagers to become rich together.

On Zhao Huidun's desk, the reporter saw an "Poverty Alleviation Agreement". Party A was the Jinhu Village Committee of Tongjinpu Town, and Party B was a professional cooperative for green and rice cultivation in Cili County. The agreement states that within five years, the Huanghu villagers Committee has commissioned a professional cooperative for green and rice cultivation to help 100 poor people from 27 families in the village out of poverty. "once you join the co-operative and earn three kinds of money, this is accurate poverty alleviation. Five years later, all the poor people who signed the agreement will be lifted out of poverty. " Zhao Huidun was full of confidence. he interpreted the agreement to reporters that the Huanghu Village Committee took 1000 yuan of poverty alleviation funds per person as a pilot and invested 1000 yuan per person in the cooperative, which returned dividends to them every year according to the standard of 20%. Five years later, all the principal was returned to the poor families. At the same time, cooperatives transfer the land of poor households at a price of 540 yuan per mu every year, and employ poor families to work in cooperatives at a daily wage of 70 yuan.

"there are a total of 300 poor people in Jinghu village, and if the pilot project is successful, the remaining 200 people will also take this precise path of poverty alleviation." Zhao Huidun said that the cooperative will make every effort to do a good job in production and promote the common prosperity of the surrounding poor households as soon as possible.
