Lingshui is famous for its virgin fruit, which covers an area of about 60,000 mu every year and is the main local characteristic agricultural product. However, in his communication with farmers, Lin Mingde found that most villages and towns are planted by retail investors, and the lack of unified and standardized management is difficult to form a brand effect. in addition, the problems of unequal market information and mainly relying on "etc." are also very prominent.

How can we lead farmers to give full play to their advantages in resources and embark on a road to prosperity as soon as possible? Half a year after becoming a "village official", Lin Mingde and several other "village officials" used the 1 million yuan of venture capital raised to build an online mall and a publicity and consultation network for "Baba in the village". And together with more than 200 Hainan university student "village official" members on the platform, lead farmers to develop characteristic planting industry and sell on the Internet.

College students' village officials' live and work in rural areas for a long time, understand the local situation, and facilitate the scientific cultivation of farmers and the integration of agricultural resources. It can not only help farmers broaden the marketing of agricultural products, but also help dealers find high-quality sources of all kinds of agricultural products. 'Baba in the village' acts as a bridge. " Lin Mingde said.

At the end of December 2015, Lin Mingde and several "village officials" from the surrounding villages led 28 farmers to plant 300 mu of virgin fruit. Through online and offline sales, they sold the virgin fruit from Gangwei New Village to all parts of the country, and have so far earned 3 million yuan. Become the local "get rich leader".

"although the climate was not good last winter, which had a great impact on the growth of virgin fruit, with the unified management of college students' village officials, the quality of our virgin fruit has been guaranteed, coupled with the good price of virgin fruit this year, through timely sales online and offline. On the contrary, the income per mu has increased a lot compared with previous years." Villager Lin Xianfei said happily, "next year I intend to continue to expand the planting scale of virgin fruit."

However, it is not easy to make a difference in the countryside. At present, the biggest headache for them is the logistics problem.
