Recently, the launching ceremony of China Fisheries Internet of things and big data Industrial Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance (hereinafter referred to as "Alliance") was held in Yixing City, Jiangsu Province. The alliance is jointly initiated by China Agricultural University, National Aquatic Technology extension Station, soft Power Information Technology (Group) Co., Ltd., Tianjin Agricultural College and other units, and is composed of universities and scientific research institutions engaged in fishery industry research across the country. as well as the national aquaculture leading enterprises and aquaculture technology promotion, information technology enterprises and other 56 units, through the construction of fishery Internet of things and big data demand-oriented The fishery Internet of things and big data collaborative innovation model with the combination of industry, university and research will form a transfer and transformation mechanism suitable for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and scale industrialization, improve the transformation efficiency of scientific research achievements, and promote the rapid development and internationalization of fishery Internet of things and big data industry.
Modern fishery has a bright future.
At present, Chinese fishery is in a critical period of transition from traditional fishery to modern fishery. "traditional one-household decentralized farming causes the aquaculture industry to face problems such as waste of resources, low production efficiency, high risk of breeding, high environmental pressure and so on. Intensive and accurate farming is the fundamental way to solve these problems." Li Daoliang, executive vice chairman and secretary-general of the alliance and professor of China Agricultural University, said at the founding meeting of the alliance, "Modern fishery must be a high degree of integration of aquaculture technology, equipment technology and information technology. All these require the deep integration of modern fisheries and the Internet of things. Scientific decisions should be made on the basis of big data's analysis to achieve precision, automation and intelligence."
The view that aquaculture is becoming an important area of human food production has become the consensus of experts and relevant practitioners at the meeting. Li Jiale, a professor at Shanghai Ocean University, used such a set of data to illustrate the problem: in China, aquatic products provide 27.3% of the total animal protein of consumers. At the same time, 70% of the earth's waters currently provide only 10% of all human food, "which means that the development of modern fisheries is unprecedented."
According to statistics, aquaculture production in China accounts for 73% of the world's total, and fisheries have played an important role in improving people's livelihood and increasing farmers' income. In 2015, the national output of aquatic products was close to 67 million tons, the fishery output value reached 1.09 trillion yuan, and the per capita net income of fishermen reached 15600 yuan. The export surplus of aquatic products exceeds 10 billion yuan, and the export volume ranks first in domestic agricultural products. it can be said that two out of every three fish in the world are produced by China.
Internet of things promotes the process of standardization and scale of aquaculture
Academician Luo Xiwen of South China University of Technology pointed out that speeding up the development of aquaculture at the present stage is an important part of promoting the coordinated development of aquaculture and planting. "the Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward five major development concepts. A very important part of the coordinated development of agriculture is the coordinated development of planting and aquaculture." Luo Xiwen said that large-scale and standardized farming is the key to speed up the aquaculture industry. To improve the level of informatization and develop the "Internet of things +" aquaculture is the inevitable way to realize the large-scale standardization of aquatic products.
A number of participants pointed out that at present, fisheries still use the traditional way of consuming a lot of resources and extensive management, and there is a lack of effective monitoring of water quality and environment in the process of aquaculture. In the process of breeding, unreasonable feeding and drug use greatly worsened the water quality environment, affected the quality of aquatic products, aggravated the occurrence of aquatic product diseases, and made the problems of aquatic product quality and safety, water environment pollution, culture risk and so on very serious. All these problems force the traditional fishery to transform and upgrade to improve the quality, efficiency and competitiveness of the fishery.
"the Internet of things is a network that connects the physical world with the characteristics of comprehensive perception, reliable transmission and intelligent processing. it enables human beings to manage production and life in a more precise and dynamic way. enhance people's ability to control and accurately manage the physical world in real time, so as to achieve the optimal allocation of resources and scientific and intelligent decision-making. This will play an important role in the large-scale and standardized farming of modern fisheries. " Li Daoliang said.
"Aquaculture needs the addition of the Internet of things to reorganize and upgrade the industry as a whole in six aspects, such as water environment monitoring, feeding feed system, remote monitoring of disease prevention, breeding monitoring, seedling breeding, facility breeding and so on." Li Jiale said, but at present, the bottleneck that the "Internet of things +" fishing industry urgently needs to break through is that "people who understand the Internet of things do not understand the Internet of things, and people who understand the Internet of things do not understand aquaculture." This is also an important reason why the alliance integrates various organizations in the field of aquaculture and the Internet of things on one platform. "
Do a good job in upgrading the conditions of fishery material basic equipment
"socialized large-scale production gives modern aquaculture strong vitality, but it has to be admitted that compared with farming, the degree of mechanization of aquaculture is still very low, and fishing in many places still needs to drain the water from the pond first. The conditions of modern fishery equipment urgently need to be upgraded. " Li Jiale said.
Participants held that the technological research of China's fishery Internet of things and big data is relatively backward, especially in the research, development and manufacture of sensing devices such as fishery smart sensors, many application projects mainly rely on imported sensing equipment. Most of the fishery special sensing equipment studied by domestic universities and scientific research institutes are still in the laboratory stage, and there are still many gaps between the products and foreign products in terms of stability, reliability, low power consumption and other performance parameters, so it is difficult to achieve scale and standardization, and there is still a certain distance from industrialization promotion. The overall level of production technology, equipment, management and operation system of modern, standardized and scientific fishing Internet of things and big data need to be improved, and industrial development needs to be standardized and guided.
"Aquatic products networking is not only facing great market development space, but also facing great challenges." Li Daoliang pointed out that in the process of upgrading fishery equipment, the participation of large manufacturers is still very low, manifested in that there are no large sensor manufacturing enterprises and no large agricultural equipment suppliers. Take the most basic sensors as an example, at present, the vast majority of sensors on the market have some problems, such as unclear mechanism, poor materials and manufacturing technology, and so on. There is still a long way to go to achieve a breakthrough in the core technology and major key technologies of the Internet of things in agriculture. " Li Daoliang said. (our reporter Guo Shaoya)
