The corresponding compensation standards for different housing structures are as follows:

(1) 400 yuan per square meter for the first-class house with brick-concrete structure, 380 yuan per square meter for the second class, and 360 yuan per square meter for the third class.

(2) 260 yuan per square meter for first-class houses with brick-and-wood structure and 240 yuan per square meter for second-class houses

(3) 200 yuan per square meter for first-class houses with brick and civil structure and 180 yuan per square meter for second-class houses

(4) the first-class house with simple structure is 50 yuan per square meter and the second-class house is 30 yuan per square meter.

The depreciation rate of each structural house shall be deducted according to the following standards:

(1) the depreciation rate of houses within 5 years (including 5 years) is 0%.

(2) the depreciation rate of houses over 5 years (excluding 5 years) to 10 years (including 10 years) is 5%.

(3) the depreciation rate of houses over 10 years (excluding 10 years) is 10%.
