Zhang Mingwang, 35, a native of Xinghua, was a computer information management student in Suzhou University in 2006. After graduation, he worked as an executive at Qingdao SAIC General Motors Group. Working in a state-owned enterprise, he earns nearly 100000 yuan a year. In the eyes of family and friends, the titles of "211" college graduates, Bachelor of laws and senior executives of state-owned enterprises are absolutely the envy of everyone. However, Zhang Mingwang prefers to have his own career. He resigned from the iron rice bowl of state-owned enterprises in 2010. After a few months of working in a private company in Wuxi, Zhang Mingwang has his own entrepreneurial idea-Noble to be a farmer!

Zhang Mingwang said that there were a lot of reports on college students' entrepreneurship in various media, but there were mixed reactions and complaints, and he was inevitably affected. Zhang Mingwang had entanglement and hesitation when he resigned from senior executives of state-owned enterprises to engage in aquaculture. "first of all, the father-in-law is sad." When he went to start a business in the countryside and grew up in the city, not to mention farming, he couldn't even tell the difference between crops.

In order to gain experience in crab farming, Zhang Mingwang often goes to the library to learn about crab farming. He spent several months visiting nearly a hundred farmers in many places to learn from them. In early 2011, he invested more than 600,000 yuan to select a 150-acre pond in Jiangzhuang Village, Xiaji Town, where he built an office, disinfection pool, silo, etc., purchased all kinds of machinery and equipment, and bought crab seedlings, so the aquaculture farm was run in this way. "the breeding of pure wild hairy crabs is large and delicious, and the market prospect is certainly good." Zhang Mingwang has a position for his crab farm.

Hairy crabs are very picky about food and need a lot of protein, amino acids and vitamins. Hairy crabs must be fed in place during shelling period. Speaking of the habits of hairy crabs, Zhang Mingwang told reporters that hairy crabs go out day and night, like clean water with high dissolved oxygen, are afraid of bright light, and like to be quiet. he uses bait such as aquatic plants and snails artificially cultivated in the pond to feed scientifically every day to retain pure wild flavor. Hairy crabs yielded a lot of crops last year, but their value plummeted, and market prices were low, which distressed many farmers. But Zhang Mingwang's breeding base has a lot of orders, and the sales situation is gratifying.

Different from the traditional way of selling in other crab farmers' markets, Zhang Mingwang used the brain of e-commerce to open a store on Taobao. Through the network platform, keep abreast of the hairy crab market and sell it at the highest price every day. "consumers all over the country can search my store and place orders online. After I receive the order, I send it to them through logistics." Zhang Mingwang said.

After five years of experience, the annual income is now more than one million yuan. In March this year, Zhang Mingwang released Mandarin Fish and prawns. Talking about the future development, he said that he would appropriately expand the scale of aquaculture, expand sales channels, and do a good job in ecological farming with characteristics.
