In Qingyuan District, Luo Zhaoming, director of the Futian Xinxing Grain industrialization specialized Cooperative, is a legendary farmer. in only a few years, the scale of growing grain has expanded from 1600 mu to 3700 mu, becoming a veritable grain grower. Today, he drives luxury cars and airplanes to farm every day.

On April 21, I saw him at the grain production base of the cooperative. He is directing workers to remote control aircraft spraying pesticides to kill insects. "A plane can spray pesticides on more than 60 mu of land an hour, which is equivalent to the labor of more than 50 young adults." Luo Zhaoming is proud that the cooperative now has 26 professional agricultural machinery operators. equipped with tillage machines, automatic rice germinators, high-speed seated rice transplanters, plant protection drones, harvesters, transport loaders, grain dryers and other large agricultural machinery, production operations to achieve full mechanization.

Luo Zhaoming, who engaged in transportation and contracted mountains and forests in his early years, was a local "tycoon". In 2010, he suddenly gave up his booming business and went back to his hometown to become a farmer. "at that time, my relatives and friends said I was out of my mind." Luo Zhaoming said. This year, he transferred more than 1600 mu of land from the masses to grow organic rice and ecological agriculture. "although the benefits are good, the cost is too high, and people work hard."

Futian is a small mountain town with rugged land, many small fields, few fields, few ditches and poor water flow. Many places still rely on traditional farming, which can only rely on labor, not machinery, and low output. Luo Zhaoming said that in 2010, due to our underestimation of the situation, we did not have enough labor to organize the "double robbery". Later, we could not hire labor, so that some rice rotted in the fields, and some fields were unable to insert two late rice because of lack of water. "looking at these abandoned land, the pain in my heart is indescribable!"

Open selection, competition to establish a project, in 2010 Qingyuan District, the first national key county project of small-scale farmers fell in Futian Town. The area adheres to the idea of "water flowing into multiple channels, storing water in one pool, and releasing water in one faucet", integrates 38.5 million yuan in agriculture-related funds such as water affairs, agriculture, land, agricultural development, and poverty alleviation, and vigorously promotes the construction of high-standard farmland. More than 340km of channels have been renovated, an additional 15600 mu of effective irrigation area has been added, 21100 mu of high-standard farmland has been built, and "Wangtianqiu" has become a high-yield field.

The high-standard farmland of "irrigation by drought, drainage by waterlogging and mechanical energy" has put wings for the development of modern agriculture in this area. In 2012, Luo Zhaoming saw the opportunity to transfer more than 2000 mu of land, totaling 3700 mu, and invested 3.8 million yuan to buy "high-end" agricultural machinery such as raising seedlings, machine planting, medicine and equipment, harvesting and drying, and "shotguns for cannons." "the effect of large-scale mechanical farming is just different. it booms a large area, and thousands of mu of farmland can be completed in ten days or half a month. I wouldn't have dared to think about it before. in the past few years, we haven't let a single piece of land be abandoned." Luo Zhaoming said, "the key to solve the problem of hiring workers, but also save production costs."

In 2012, under the guidance of Yuan Longping's scientific research team, Luo Zhaoming experimented with new varieties such as Jiayu 99 and New Mei Xiangnan, with an average yield of 900jin per mu. That year, grain production reaped a bumper harvest, with a total output of 3300 tons and a total income of more than 8.5 million yuan. In 2014, he lengthened the development chain of modern agriculture and founded Jiangxi Tianying Brothers Aviation Technology Co., Ltd., vigorously promoting plant protection drones, while giving consideration to the surrounding grain growers to treat drugs and disinfestation, "liberating them from heavy physical labor."

Exposure to the vast expanse of green sea blue waves, the wind blowing, fragrance to the nostrils, people relaxed and happy. At present, the green seedlings are growing happily, which makes Luo Zhaoming firm his original heart and is full of confidence in the future: "with the support of small farmers' water, we are more confident in the development of modern agriculture and take a more down-to-earth step.
