Garlic bolts were picked in late April and garlic was picked at the end of May and early June. At the same time, the locally planted garlic can be replanted with corn, Chinese cabbage and other crops after harvesting and picking at the end of May. Corn can make up for the lack of forage in animal husbandry, and Chinese cabbage can be used as the local market in the winter vegetable park.
