According to China Rural Voice "three Rural China" report, the development of ecological agriculture in Dongting Lake is in full swing, but there are also some places, even if they want to engage in agriculture, there is also a lack of room for development. In recent years, some farmers who go out to work begin to return to their hometown, and many of them choose to return to their old jobs and return to their fields to develop large-scale agriculture. However, when many farmers come home, they find that their fields are either too small, or they have been rented out a few years ago, and they are faced with the embarrassment of having no land to grow.

In order to achieve their goals in their hometown, these farmers can only continue to lease more arable land. As a result, people found that it was more difficult to rent land than to cultivate it. Because there are more and more people renting land, the rent of cultivated land is getting higher and higher, and some rural areas even have the phenomenon of "grabbing land" at high prices. The rent of some land has increased tenfold from 50 yuan to 500 yuan.

The high land rent worries many farmers who have never left their fields all their lives. How could they have thought that farmers would have no land for planting that day? Li Guoxiang, deputy director of the Institute of Rural Development of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, believes that in the land transfer market, the price of cultivated land is getting higher and higher, which will not only damage the interests of farmers, but also endanger the agricultural production of the whole country.

Li Guoxiang: just like our country has a large population and little land, and the amount of land is limited, if there are too many farmers, it is bound to drive up the price of land circulation, so for this kind of land transfer market price, it should be said that it is a reflection of market supply and demand. Of course, the rental price of land will raise the price of agricultural products and weaken the international competitiveness of our country's agricultural products. now that the price of agricultural products in our country has encountered the ceiling, so the rent is too high. then it is disadvantageous to the competitiveness of the agriculture of the whole country.

In the face of rising land rent prices, many farmers feel at a loss. For those who want to engage in large-scale agriculture, is there any way to rent high-quality and inexpensive arable land? Li Guoxiang, deputy director of the Institute of Rural Development of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, believes that there are actually many ways to transfer land. In addition to leasing, farmers should also learn to take various forms to develop large-scale operations.

Li Guoxiang: how to adjust this rent to a reasonable level, this is indeed a relatively difficult thing, because the land transfer market, it is conducive to the optimal allocation of resources, can not be artificially set land prices. If we want to make the transfer price of land rent relatively reasonable, we farmers are developing modern agriculture, especially when migrant farmers return to their hometown to start a business and develop modern agriculture. In addition to land leasing, when we are in circulation, we can also cooperate with the shares of land in a new form. On the one hand, we can make the transfer of land relatively smooth. After farmers join the shares, we can overcome the disadvantages of rising rent prices. At the same time, farmers who buy shares of land can get dividends from the shares of land, and they can also work after they get shares, so that farmers will have more enthusiasm to transfer the land.

In addition to leasing and buying shares, many places have also explored other forms, such as civilian farming people, large-scale trusteeship, ah, such new forms, well, these forms are nothing more than solving the problem of our farmers' difficulties in renting land. therefore, when we farmers are developing modern agriculture, we can take various forms to develop large-scale operation.
