A few days ago, the "first training course on Chinese Honeybee farming in Laoshan District" officially opened in Beijian Community, Beizhai Street. Li Jiuzhou, a master of domestic beekeeping circles, made a special trip from Xi'an to Qingdao to teach beekeeping farmers in Laoshan District. Beekeeping farmers in this training course and accommodation are free of charge. According to the head of the Laoshan District Agriculture and Forestry Bureau, the promoter of the "poverty alleviation" project, Xu Qing, aims to lead farmers to contribute to the continuation of the "Chinese honeybee" species, while at the same time raising bees to get rid of poverty and become rich.

It is understood that with the entry of the "Italian bee", the "Chinese honeybee" species is seriously threatened. Xu Qing began to study the breeding of Chinese honeybees more than 10 years ago. I don't know how many times he has been stung by bees.

After years of touching and crawling, Xu Qing's Chinese Bee Qingdao Research Base was established in Beizhai Street Road Beijian Community a few days ago. In order to let more people join in defending the "Chinese honeybee", Xu Qing decided to raise the Chinese honeybee in the base while imparting professional knowledge to the surrounding beekeeping farmers free of charge.

According to Xu Qing, the primary task of the base is to protect Chinese honeybee species, followed by scientific breeding of Chinese honeybees to provide pure natural honey products for consumers in Qingdao and even across the country. Through efforts, Xu Qing has established three major beekeeping bases in Qingdao, Shangri-La and Baoji, each with millions of bees and an annual output of dozens of tons of honey.

As for the future, Xu Qing said: "We should let the species of Chinese honeybee continue to reproduce, let more farmers shake off poverty and become rich through beekeeping, and let more people eat safe and natural honey products."
