Dawuying Village is located in the southwest of Zhangguanying Town, bordering Changcun Town of Ye County in the south. The transportation is convenient but there are many barren mountains and hills, and the land is barren. In recent years, traditional grain production has encountered bottlenecks and people have a single way to get rich, which has seriously affected the development of the village. Combined with geographical location, turning passivity into initiative and multi-party coordination, town and village cadres introduced Jinshengyuan scorpion breeding in the second half of 2015.

According to Zhu Feng, head of Jinshengyuan scorpion breeding, the base covers a total area of more than 155mu. Construction began in the second half of 2015 and will be completed in three phases in five years, with a planned investment of 68 million yuan. The breeding base has rich experience and perfect technology in special aquaculture.

For a long time, the death of adult scorpion is an important reason for the failure of scorpion breeding in the majority of farmers. The low birth rate of female scorpion and the death of postpartum female scorpion are difficult technical problems for beginners, and the survival rate of young scorpion is low. Sudden death and escape of young scorpion is one of the important reasons why the output of scorpion breeders can not go up. After years of experience accumulation, the base has integrated the breeding methods of the major scorpion farms across the country, and successfully developed a scorpion culture model of "full ecology and imitation of the wild", which skillfully combines "temperature, humidity and feed" organically. overcome a series of problems that can not be overcome by traditional scorpion farming. The business scope has expanded from single raising scorpion to selling dry scorpion, commercial scorpion, baby scorpion, species scorpion, edible scorpion, scorpion bulk wine, yellow powder insect breeding, soil element breeding, soil element processing, scorpion venom extraction, technical training, etc., and the products are sold all over the country.

By April this year, the base had invested 15 million yuan to build 50 mu of large-scale ecological scorpion breeding base, 800square meters of culture greenhouse, Tuyuan culture and yellow powder insect culture area, 4 greenhouses of 200square meters, 6 production plants, 12 living rooms, 6 office rooms, 1 scorpion breeding room of 10000 square meters, and a scorpion breeding workshop of more than 5 million yuan of scorpion species. More than 2000 kg of Tenebrio Molitor, 200 square meters of Tuyuan breeding workshop and 2500 kg of Tuyuan. More than 1200 square meters of scorpion storage room is under construction.

It is understood that the scorpion breeding base adopts measures such as "unified seed supply, unified feeding and management, unified epidemic prevention and control, unified feed, unified marketing" and adopts the mode of "company farmers" to carry out standardized management. At the same time, relying on cooperatives and poverty alleviation federations, we will provide free technical assistance and financial support to local poor households. At present, it has led more than 20 poor households in surrounding villages to participate in scorpion breeding, solving the problem of more than 50 local idle labor force. After the project is fully put into production, it is expected to produce 10000 kg of scorpion per year, extract 2 kg of scorpion venom every year, with an annual output value of 10 million yuan, radiate seven surrounding administrative villages, through industrial poverty alleviation, lead the masses to get rid of poverty and increase income, and get on the road to wealth.
