According to Zhang Xinjun, his cooperative needs more than 200 workers such as picking, ploughing, and weeding every day, all of whom are left-behind women in the nearby village. They harvest, load baskets, load cars every morning, and carry out ploughing and weeding in the afternoon. It is time to harvest bamboo shoots, and women who come to work not only earn money on their doorstep, but also do not delay taking care of the elderly and children. The field manager protects the elderly who cannot go out to work. Due to the low labor intensity, they are also willing to do it, earning more than 1000 yuan a month.
