Tian Fengjiang told reporters that after graduating from university in 1996, he gave up the opportunity to return to his hometown to win an "iron rice bowl" and chose to go out and start a business. The boss in the south soon mastered the channels for import and export. We had no channels, no customers, and no one wanted it at all. "

In the face of the blow of reality, Tian Fengjiang did not give up, he came to Beijing to find a job selling electronic scales. This job taught Tian Fengjiang how to deal with people and how to do business from a raw college student. "people always have to face the reality. They have to survive before they can develop. Form an inextricable bond with flowers in Holland

At the turn of the century in 1999, Tian Fengjiang gave up his stable job in Beijing and came to a state-owned enterprise in Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province. The enterprise has a modern agricultural science and technology demonstration base, which gives Tian Fengjiang access to the flower industry. "because my English is better, the company sent me to the Netherlands on a business trip, because this opportunity I formed an inextricable bond with flowers." Tian Fengjiang recalled that the Netherlands is a small country by the North Sea with a small population, but it is a major flower producer in the world, and the level of agricultural modernization is very high.

Through his efforts, Tian Fengjiang successfully recruited a Dutch company to set up a joint venture in China, which enabled Tian Fengjiang to master a series of knowledge from production to the market, and established the network resources of the upstream and downstream markets. "because I was in a state-owned company at that time, the system was very rigid, and we had good ideas and good ideas that could not be implemented, which gave me the idea of working on my own." After coming out of the company, Tian Fengjiang did seed import trade in the Yangtze River Delta for two years in his own name. In 2009, he established Yunnan Xiyue International Trading Company in Kunming, with an annual turnover of more than 100 million yuan and a profit of 7 to 8 million yuan.

Let Yinchuan Flowers move towards a bigger Market

"when I came back at that time, I had many considerations. On the one hand, Ningxia is the bridgehead of the country's opening to the west, the permanent host of the China-Arab Expo, and conducting economic and trade exchanges with Arab countries. This is an opportunity for us, an opportunity. On the other hand, Yueyahu Township in Xingqing District is an immigrant area, and the government has given great support to the flower industry and immigrant areas. I feel very kind to the same religious beliefs, the same living habits, and the villagers from the same place. " In 2014, after multi-consideration, Tian Fengjiang invested more than 20 million yuan to transfer nearly 350 mu of land in Yueyahu Township, and built a Ningxia Xiyue Flower Science and Technology demonstration Park.

It is understood that there are more than 10 flower varieties in the park, such as lilies, tulips, hydrangea and orange stalks, which can produce 200000 fresh cut flowers and 100000 potted flowers by the end of this year. In addition to compensating land transfer fees to land expropriation farmers, the park also recruits land-lost farmers to work in the park. Female workers can receive an income of 80 yuan a day, while male workers can receive an income of 120 yuan a day. "working is only the first step. We should help them take the road of modern facility agriculture, so that they can emancipate their minds, have the courage to contract the greenhouse, and bear the risk of business failure and the joy of harvest.
