Dong Xianhui, who has many years of grape planting experience, told reporters that these potted grapes were set in March this year, and unlike other fruits, it is quite difficult to grow grapes in flowerpots. He took three years of experiments to let potted grapes ripen smoothly. "the 2013 experiment was put into the pot and the 2014 experiment was carried out to hang the fruit. This year, the experiment was really moved from the field to the indoor."

As to why he thought of cultivating potted grapes, Dong Xianhui said that now more and more people are growing grapes, and the acreage is increasing year by year, and the competition is fierce. If potted grapes can open up new markets for grape growers, it must be a good thing. "I see people growing in other places on TV, so I want to try it."

It is understood that Dong Xianhui has planted a total of 200 pots this year, and more than 100 pots are growing well, which were quickly booked by grape buyers, surrounding enterprise bosses, and some friends, and the price of each pot is 80 yuan. "they are very interested when they see it. now they pay attention to fresh fruit, and it is not easy to store grapes. When they buy them home, they have to put them in the refrigerator and then take them out and eat them. Potted grapes can ensure that every one they eat is fresh." Dong Xianhui said.

Dong Xianhui is still very confident about the prospect of potted grapes. He thought of a slogan for himself: "potted grapes are beautiful and delicious, and 81000 mu is not a dream." Dong Xianhui said that if there was a market for potted grapes, the income would be much higher than it is now. "one mu of land can probably grow 1000 pots. Based on 80 yuan per mu, it is not a dream to earn 80,000 yuan per mu at all, but under normal circumstances, it is great to earn 20,000 to 30,000 yuan per mu of grapes."
