Over time, he has become a master of the tea ceremony, and it is at the advice of his tea friend Lao Kuang that he resolutely turned around and founded the Yingmeizi tea industry.

Not to mention Guzhang, the whole of Xiangxi, before stir-frying green tea, there is no concept of black tea at all, let alone set up black tea enterprises? On July 27, 2011, the modern production line of Yingmeizi tea industry was officially put into production, which was also a good day for long Zigang to realize his dream of Satouxi. Quality assurance

On the one hand, it was the villagers who shared weal and woe; on the other hand, the quality inspector strictly checked the fresh leaves and considered it again and again. Long Zigang gave the quality inspector an opportunity and asked him to collect the wet leaves first to appease the villagers. In the evening, he quietly poured out these nearly 3000 jin of wet leaves, and several employees poured tears as they poured out their hearts.

After a few days, long Zi just invited the villagers to visit the workshop for the first time. The villagers were puzzled by changing clothes, disinfecting and passing through the glass. He patiently explained to them the technological process from the fresh leaf drying rack to the finished product packaging, and the villagers gradually understood the relationship between this strict process and the quality of black tea. Uncle Tian, who has more than 30 years of experience in stir-frying tea in a family workshop, said with emotion, "the enterprise belongs to everyone. If we send wet leaves and smash the brand of the enterprise, it will affect not only the overall interests of the dragon, but also the interests of our entire Saitouxi tea farmers. In the future, we will never send wet leaves again, even if the dragon cannot adhere to his principles one day, we must supervise him!" Since then, no one has ever sent wet leaves.

And in the Yingmeizi tea industry Guzhang flagship store, Jishou factory store, Changsha flagship store and other stores can see a beautiful and chic Yingmei tea, peer A Bing can not put it down, even called it a master work, but how are they all packed in small bags? For the "Yingmeizi" tea industry, 2015 was a year of bumper harvest: on April 26, the enterprise won the gold and silver awards of the first Asia-Pacific Tea Awards; on September 20, it was recognized as the "National Ecological Tea Garden demonstration Base" and "the 30 most Beautiful Tea plantations in the country" by the China Association for the Promotion of International Agricultural Cooperation. On October 26, it was certified by the Green Food Management Office of the Ministry of Agriculture. " In fact, as early as two years ago, Yingmeizi Tea Industry hired five foreign experts from Sweden and Austria as senior technical engineers and technical guidance of the company, and with the strong support of the county tea bureau, has applied for EU organic certification and obtained the "Organic Certification conversion Certificate."
