Chen Erxia, chairman of Shengyuan Tibetan Goat breeding Cooperative in Xiangshui County and "Star of returning Home and Entrepreneurship" in Yancheng City, was honored as a national outstanding migrant worker and provincial labor model in 2016 by the State Council on February 1 this year.

It was awarded "Star of returning Home for Entrepreneurship" by Yancheng people's and Social Affairs Bureau in March 2013, "Top Ten pacesetters of returning Home for Entrepreneurship" by County Party Committee in April 2014, "Project demonstration Base of Youth bringing Wealth" by Xiangshui County Youth League Committee in May 2014, and "Top Ten female Heroes" by County Women's Federation in 2015.

Bid farewell to the metropolis and decisively return home to expand the entrepreneurial road.

Chen Erxia, 34, is from Xiangshui Shuanggang. Fifteen years ago, when she was only 19 years old, she went to Shanghai alone, carrying plates and selling fruit for more than a decade. She bought a house and a car in Shanghai, and everything went well. However, she is a person of strong nature. Growing up in the vast countryside, she felt that the noisy metropolis was not suitable for her, and always wanted to expand the space for development.

In 2012, Chen Erxia returned to her hometown Donwu Village for the Spring Festival, when the provincial poverty alleviation team set up a poverty alleviation demonstration site in the village, and there was a black goat breeding project that needed people to take the lead. She looked up the data and found that the black goat had strong disease resistance, low feeding costs, and a guaranteed market, so she took the initiative to come to her door and talked about her plan to go back to her hometown to start a business. she received strong support, and the task force agreed to lend her an interest-free loan of 100000 yuan.

The old father, who has dealt with livestock all his life in the countryside, is worried: "sheep and monkeys" are the most difficult to serve. If you have no experience or experience, how can a girl raise sheep?

"who says women are not as good as men?" While doing her father's ideological work, Chen Erxia decisively entrusted the business in Shanghai to others. Just after the Spring Festival, she bought more than 200 black goats from Shandong at a time and took the lead in raising them in the village.

Fight with one's head held high, accumulate experience and extend the industrial chain

But it backfired. After only a week in the ring, the black goat died inexplicably. After dissection, it turns out that all of them have been injected with water, and death is directly related to this. Two months down, half dead, heavy losses, gossip followed. Unconvinced, Chen Erxia began to think calmly. Clean up the sheepfold during the day, bury the dead goats, read books and surf the Internet at night to learn the knowledge of black goat breeding. At the same time, she attaches great importance to practice, often squatting in the sheepfold for several hours, while raising while learning, while learning while using, engaged in breeding the first cold Spring Festival, she stayed in the sheepfold and spent with the sheep.

In a few years, Chen Erxia has changed from a "layman" to a famous "expert".

Give full play to the advanced nature, help the poor and help the poor to draw a well-off scene

In order to reduce the risk of breeding, she took out insurance for all the sheep she had just bought. After solving the problem, she decided to expand the scale of breeding, came to the neighboring town, rented 200 mu of riverside grassland, bought back a batch of black goats, and built a Shengyuan Tibetan goat farm with the help of the poverty alleviation task force. In the second half of the year, 500 ewes gave birth to more than 1800 lambs, and her sheep-raising project embarked on a virtuous circle.

In the process of starting a business, Chen Erxia never forgot to help the villagers get rich together. She collected a list of poor households with labor or semi-labor in several surrounding towns, and then went door to door to explain the benefits of the "company + peasant household" model of raising sheep: in the course of operation, the company recovered high prices to ensure the interests of farmers. With the help of the poverty alleviation task force, she invited experts from Yangzhou University twice to teach free breeding techniques for sheep farmers.

At present, the number of raising goats has grown from just over 200 at that time to more than 2000 now, with a stock of more than 1000; sheep farmers have grown from several households at the beginning to more than 120 households around them, and farmers have become rich by raising sheep. Zhao Jin of Caogang Village is still single at the age of 36 because he has a slight disability in his leg and no one is willing to accept him as a migrant worker. After Chen Erxia accepted him as a member of the sheep-raising cooperative, she repeatedly taught him the breeding experience and distributed 32 epidemic-proof lambs to Zhao Jin and his father for raising. In a short period of two and a half years, the Zhao family has earned more than 100000 yuan. Not only has the house been renovated, but Zhao Jin has also found a girlfriend and is preparing to get married this Spring Festival.
