In 2006, she raised 20,000 yuan and bought 30 piglets to start breeding. Every day, piglet feed consumed a large amount of grain, potato and other grain at home, which made the poor families somewhat stretched. She thought that she had the technology of brewing wine, so why not use the distiller's grains produced by brewing wine to solve the feed problem and have another income. That year, she built a simple brewing workshop, which lasted 10 years.
"My wine has never been adulterated. It tastes good. It's always bought by acquaintances, so I don't have to worry about sales." Zhang Min said while brewing wine,"Every year needs 2400 catties of grain, Can brew 1000 catties of wine, Average price per catty in 4 yuan or so."
