Liu Cunfu, the legal representative of the Xiaohongzhu Cooperative, is the village branch of Longfeng Village. He looks gentle and has experience, stories, and foresight. Since 1996, he and members of the team have led the villagers to build more than 200 mu of pepper garden and 100 mu of apricot garden, and they have also set up a sand factory. In April 2013, bearing his dream and the villagers' desire to get rich, a professional cooperative for farmers growing Xiaohongzhu was established. In 2014, the city carried out activities to strengthen the building of grass-roots party organizations, and the Longfeng village team was reorganized. With the unanimous recommendation of the village branch party members, Liu Cunfu became the branch secretary again.
