Goat milk warm, nourish blood, moisturize dryness, can be used to assist the treatment of kidney deficiency, chronic gastritis and gastric acid and other diseases. At the same time, goat's milk is also a unique natural antibiotic, which plays an auxiliary role in the prevention and treatment of pneumonia and other respiratory diseases, gastrointestinal treatment and cosmetology. Feng Haijiang, who grew up in Xichuan County, Henan Province, noticed the natural efficacy of goat milk and the characteristics of strong adaptability and easy feeding of dairy goats, so he contracted more than 50 mu of land in Yan Jiagou Village, Maotang Township, Xichuan County, and built a dairy goat farm in 2008. At present, there are more than 300 dairy goats, 70 dairy sheep and 235 kilograms of fresh milk per kilogram at a price of 11.5 yuan per kilogram, which is still in short supply.

Feng Haijiang, 35, worked in coastal cities after graduating from high school in 1996. The hard working process made him accumulate a wealth of social experience, but also made him accumulate a certain amount of money, he began to look for rich projects. In 2008, he came to Fuping County, Shaanxi Province, where dairy goats were bred, and introduced 30 purebred Guanzhong dairy goats and 3 Swiss Shaneng male goats. Feng Haijiang said: "in Fuping, dairy goats are mainly released in the wild. Although we don't have so much grass, alfalfa is abundant and high in protein, which is the best feed for dairy goats." However, due to lack of breeding experience, two goats died soon after they were bought back.

Looking at the dead sheep, Feng Haijiang was so distressed that he could not find the cause of death even if he checked left and right. The next day, he went to the county animal husbandry bureau to consult an expert. The truth was learned through laboratory tests. It turns out that sheep are ruminants. After eating, there is a process of chewing and digesting. Feng Haijiang did not understand that if he fed too much pure grain at one time, the stomach of the sheep was too full, and the saliva stuck to the food and could not regurgitate, so he could not chew and suffocate the sheep.

Having learned the lesson, Feng Haijiang consulted local goat breeders and learned the "soil" method of mixing materials, that is, after all kinds of feed were put in, he stirred evenly with wooden sticks and hired two technicians. At the same time, according to the milk production characteristics of dairy goats, he used local alfalfa and red dates to develop feed made of alfalfa, corn, wheat bran, soybean meal, red dates and salt in different proportions. In order to make the sheep live more comfortably, he covered the sheep with a colorful sheepfold with transparent north and south, and lit a stove to keep warm in winter.

"this kind of goat is easy to raise, so you can feed it on time and in quantity. Because of the need for milk production, the amount of feed fed every day is one and a half that of ordinary goats. It takes a year for dairy goats to give birth to lambs, which is more than 3 months longer than ordinary goats. Take epidemic prevention twice a year to prevent illness. " Feng Haijiang said, look at the watch, it is time for milking in the afternoon, "Goat milk is not suitable for cooking, it is best to steam food, cooking will 'boil' away a lot of nutrition." Many people don't like the smell of goat's milk. as long as you put almonds in steaming, after steaming, you can remove the flavor. "

This year, the fresh milk produced by his dairy goats has been sold to Zhengzhou, Xi'an, Wuhan and other places, with considerable benefits. Facing the future, Feng Haijiang is full of confidence. He plans to go to Henan University of Science and Technology in a few years to study artificial insemination of dairy goats and further expand the scale of dairy goat breeding.
