On the afternoon of May 20, the warehouse of a HNA 787 was full of fresh lychees from Hainan and took off for Beijing. Relying on fresh e-commerce and a fast logistics network, it takes as little as two days for fresh "Feizixiao" to reach the consumer's table from the branch. In the view of Chen Tongkui, the founder who returned to his hometown, "chartering planes to sell litchi" means that he has made another step forward in the cause of "Internet + Brand Agriculture".

Chen Tongkui, a "post-80s" youth from Hainan, returned to his hometown of Haikou Volcano Village from Shanghai in 2012 and became a "new farmer". In 2014, Chen Tongkui founded the "Volcano Village" litchi brand, leading a team of returning college students to sell the village's ancient methods of growing litchi without the use of chemical fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides.

"Feizixiao" is actually a variety from Guangdong, but we planted it in Hainan. One of the biggest characteristics is early maturity. The second feature is that when we plant it in a volcanic village, it has minerals, volcanic minerals. Third, we use natural farming methods to transform natural farming methods. This year, we have achieved zero pesticides, zero chemical fertilizers, and zero herbicides.

On the one hand, he creates a "green and pollution-free" organic agricultural brand through the concepts of volcanic village origin information, healthy living concept and friendly farming, on the other hand, he actively embraces every scattered entrance to the Internet. The "Volcano Village" litchi brand founded by Chen Tongkui is sold through major e-commerce platforms on the Internet, with a price of more than 60 yuan per catty, far exceeding the price of ordinary litchi, but it is still favored by consumers.

Because the characteristic of the Internet is that every entrance is very small, because it is decentralized and polycentric, so we are now embracing every entrance, every marketing opportunity. We cooperate with each marketing entrance, and in the end, it accumulates and has a great influence.

[commentary] "Internet + agriculture" needs the deep integration of industry. At the first flight ceremony of litchi charter held on May 20, participants included not only litchi manufacturers, but also representatives of government departments, e-commerce sales terminals, aviation logistics and e-commerce financial services platform.

Lei Zhenyu, deputy researcher of the Electronic Commerce Department of the Hainan Provincial Department of Commerce, said that the Hainan Provincial Department of Commerce vigorously promoted the branding of Hainan's place of origin and strongly supported the development of fresh e-commerce, with the goal of allowing "Internet + brand agriculture" to take off.

It is understood that Hainan attaches importance to the development of "Internet + agriculture" and has launched the construction of 10 Internet agricultural towns one after another since May 2015, with the aim of using the concept, thinking, and technology of "Internet +" to run through the whole agricultural industry chain and give full play to the comprehensive effect of the industry.
