The picture shows Li Jie turning over a wooden ear stick.

In Yanzi Township, Wangcang County, Guangyuan, it can be said that everyone knows "Brother Muer". He is Li Jie, a villager of four groups in the area. The migrant worker who returned home began to learn to grow fungus in 2014, set up a family farm in 2015, expanded the planting scale, and made an annual net profit of more than 600,000 yuan. This year, Li Jie claimed to "strive to generate 1 million of income."

Unwilling to work for the rest of his life, he decided to return to his hometown to start a business.

Li Jie is 41 years old and works away from home all the year round. But Li Jie has been willing to work for others all his life, thinking that he can start his own business one day, so he has been thinking about how to use the rich mountain and forest land resources in his hometown to develop rich industrial projects. After investigation and consultation, Li Jie finally made up his mind in February 2014 to concentrate on developing fungus planting in his hometown. "at that time, he had not yet learned much planting technology, and his income could only keep the cost." Later, with the guidance and help of the agricultural technicians in Yanzi Township, they mastered more practical planting techniques. " Li Jie said that in that year, he raised 300000 yuan, rented more than 20 mu of surrounding farmers' land, and planted 10, 000 sticks of fungus and 118000 sticks of shiitake mushrooms.

Later, in the process of developing the planting industry, Li Jie learned that the central government had issued policies to encourage and support the transfer of contracted land to large professional households, family farms, and farmers' cooperatives, so he and his wife discussed and decided to build their own family farm. "the more I work, the more confident I am, and I am full of confidence in the market prospect of developing the characteristic planting industry on a large scale."

He returned to his hometown to plant fungus and claimed that he would "earn 1 million this year".

In 2015, with the support of relevant departments, Li Jie, as a farmer and his parents' wife as the main employee of the farm, successfully set up the Yanzi Zhibo Family Farm in Wangcang County and began to realize his dream of being well-off in remote mountain villages. Since 2014, 28 shiitake greenhouses have been built successively. By 2015, the planting scale of Li Jie's farm was expanding, with 15000 sticks of fungus and 120000 sticks of shiitake mushrooms. "the gross income has reached 4 million yuan, and the net profit has reached more than 600,000 yuan." Speaking of his income from labor, Li Jie could hardly hide his smile. He told reporters that at present there are four fixed migrant workers on the farm, with a monthly salary of about 2000 yuan. At the same time, villagers from the leased land are often invited to work temporarily, with a daily labor fee of about 80 yuan. "this year, in addition to planting 15,000 sticks of fungus and 200000 sticks of Lentinus edodes, we will also plant more than 30 mu of traditional Chinese medicine Bletilla striata, 10 mu of Polyporus umbellatus and 4 mu of Gastrodia elata, and strive to earn 1 million yuan."
